We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWe had an electric car and the charger at the hotel did not work with our car so we couldn’t charge overnight. While we could have driven to another location and left our car there, it was raining heavily out. I realize that there’s different chargers for different cars, but the front desk guy said he’s gotten lots of complaints.
Well stocked buffet with lots of options. Helpful front desk and by far the nicest Best Western I’ve ever stayed in. As an American, the Best Western name means downscale, but this hotel was really quite nice.

United KingdomAlthough I don't really drink, the bar closed to all at 2200. Being on holiday (visiting family) it would have been nice to have had one relaxing drink as a guest of the hotel at the end of the day. Just a suggestion, not a fault or complaint.

SwitzerlandA bar which can serve the guests by late at night is something missing in a good hotel like this. The cleaning service was not consistent over the days. Maybe it's a special policy of the hotel, or maybe different people in different days perform differently.
A good hotel for specifically business travelers in Herning. Very good location, enough convenient parking spaces, spacious rooms, very well-decorated rooms, enough amenities for a 4* hotel, very good breakfast with fresh and high-quality ingredients. No major noise.
