No air conditioning, no minibar which makes the rooms facing the city unhealthily hot. No kettle for in room tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast bacon was overlooked so it was neither soft nor crispy.

First of all, the bath tubs are downright dangerous, because they are incredibly slippery. I slipped the first morning and hurt my back badly. Furthermore, the bathroom isn't as well renovated as the rest of the room, which is a shame.

The breakfast was excellent. It had everything you could wish for, so if the most important thing for you is the breakfast, this is the place to go. The beds were very comfortable as well and the room itself was clean and modern.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room, but often there was tea / coffee available in the foyer.

Walking distance to bus and train stations and the predominant city sights. The room had a small balcony facing the DOKK building which allowed a good view of the harbour front area. The street traffic can get a little loud (near an intersection) but did not disrupt our sleep at night with doors closed. Amenities were clean. Good wifi. Short walk to main pedestrian area where there are lots of eating choices. Chocolate brownies in the foyer were lovely.

Hotel computer system reserved 500 DKK on top of the price and still didnt release the amount. I stayed in hotel 23-24.03.2018 and paid my bill when I checked out. I contacted hotel in couple of occasions and they just simply blame computer system. They didnt offer any excuse or compensation for the inconvenience. According to my bank statement extra amount will be blocked until 4th of April 2018. Everything else was really nice. Value for the money. Nevertheless be careful during check out and dont do it via their computer system ( they will send you link to check in and check out) Check in works perfectly, check out is problematic.

The main problem of the hotel is that it is significantly under-staffed. Staff members are trying to do their best, but the receptionists cannot also deal with soap dispensers! At certain times there was only one person in charge for a quite big hotel and this resulted long queues at the reception area.

Building needs renovation, looks and feels old. Balconies are not attractive at all and I wondered why the hotel makes a special mention of this "room with balcony". Parking is accessible only by a very uncomfortable and dangerous looking elevator and is on the roof of one of the buildings.

For a 4 star hotel, there should be tea making facilities in the bedroom, and a fridge. Sometimes whole fresh fruit was limited for breakfast. On some days there were whole bananas / apples / peaches / oranges, and on other days fresh fruit was limited to grapefruits. Of course there was always fresh cut fruit available.
