The bathroom door was very old and with colour chipping off. There were holes in bathrom with bathtube around the opening for water. You think that 4* hotel would not have that. Bad sound isolation, i could hear other people watching TV. I stayed on 6th floor in Superior room that you pay more for, very suprised that the hotel had 4*, its quite used and needs som renovating.

Great location, close to train station, lovely view from the rom. Good breakfast and nice staff. Clean room.

Hotel is under renovation. Had a faint paint smell. Large modern hotel. Nice view of the city. When totally renovated should be really nice. Our room was renovated and nice as we stayed. We had no renovation noise when we stayed there. Breakfast was nice. Nice stop over stay.

14 TV Channels couldn’t even log into Netflix or YouTube Found some used eyelashes in our bathroom Gave only 2 types of teas in our room On site car parking was extremely expensive 350krone per night (£39)!! No steam or sauna - for what you pay per night this would have been a nice addition

Location was ideal very central to everything Rooms were beautiful Showers spacious and great shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Robe and slippers a dream. Nice gym with a shower - handy to use post check out Car parking on site (but extortionate) Amazing breakfast

breakfast, could have used pancakes :) and the bread was a wee bit stale. Seems they were taken a bit aback by the large number of guests that arrived for the Take That concert 150m away. Had to wait 45 minutes for diner.

Breakfast was good and varied, chef cooked omelets and other warm ingredients, Plenty of youghurt, with different toppings, bacon and sausages. Drink choices were differnet juices, coffee, milk and water. Awesomely close the Skovrock where we watched Take That in pouring rain ; )

Not much to say. There was digger or something started up at 0500 making a beeping noise which lates 15 mins but I can't blame the hotel for this

Very warm welcome from front desk staff, requested a room move away from lift shaft which was dealt with efficiently. Rooms are clean and in good state. Nice bar area and good breakfast. Great for a business stay and in line with the brand

The hotel seems worn and the bathroom was so so. From our room at 9th floor the view was stunning.

The breakfast is amazing - The ecological cheeses were great and even the bread and the coffee was high standard. Practical parking right outside the hotel. The walk to the city center is short - through the park and the train station.

All was good!

Location was great and comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. Free bike hire included which was really appreciated. Reception staff really helpful with transport links and any queries we had. A brilliant first impression of Denmark.

Perfect location, quiet area. Good view over the hole city from one side. And a beautiful view over a big park on the other side. Friendly, helpful and serviceminded petsonals. Good, delicious and variable morning breakfast. I could freely use a good bike. 😁 I have been there before. I feel always Im home. It's my favorite hotel. I will come back again. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Hurry up if u want breakfast… monday- friday they start take breakfast away before 09:30…be aware😳 People smoking outside room on the terrace, where nobody were allowed to stay according to hotel rules..and if u keep terrace door open - smoke will come in your room - depending on wind direction of course !..

Car park was good. Staff on nightshift also.
