Our room was extremely noisy, it’s a busy area and near a bar so we were kept awake by everyone partying at night. The bell tower is also very loud and chimes every hour during the night. Walls are very thin so we could hear the room next door. Not the best place to stay if you’re a light sleeper

Not so good were the tiny bathroom for a double room that also had a door that didn't close, and that one could hear other guests. Moreover, the other two rooms I booked for my family were also very small. That made it not so great value for money.

The location is great and essentially all the staff was fabulous, especially at the bar in the evening and during breakfast (really super friendly & attentive!). Also the general vibe in the hotel was great.

We were asked if we didn’t mind a room with a bath we said that was fine, but didn’t realise how deep the bath is (I’m 5’5 and bath went up to my waist) there was a step but was slippy when wet. No drink making facilities in room

Location was great far enough out from the hustle and bustle of the city but still walking distance from attractions.

The bed and pillows were way too soft, and made the sleep rather uncomfortable. The bedroom is really small, with no sitting possibility apart from the bed.

Perfect location, right in the center of Copenhagen. Good value if you don't include the breakfast. Nice common areas.

The room was very very small - I had to climb over the bed to open the window. I understand Copenhagen is a compact city and square meters are rare, but this could have been made more clear beforehand. Also, travelling for work means it is sometimes necessary to do work from your hotel room, which was impossible because there was no chair, desk or table in the room. So a bit disappointed about the facilities in the room.

The breakfast was very good. Room was tiny (see below) but also very clean and the bed was comfortable. I liked the no-nonsense approach to multimedia (just easily chromecast from your own device, no local channels that nobody watches anyway)

The rooms are tiny, but did meet our expectations for a short weekend stay. the hotel is close to the Tivoli, Stroget and other locations, it is an easy walk. The staff was friendly and willing to help with everything. This is our second stay at this hotel and we will visit again.

The courtyard currently has work in progress, and having a ground floor room it was not possible to keep the window open and curtains open at the same time. Maybe some lighter curtains could be nice so one can keep the window open but still have some privacy.

There was not refrigerator, and coffee/tea machine and some small packs with tea or coffee in the room. It was disappointing. Every time I wanted a tea, I had to go to the bar and pay for it 4 euros. TV watching system wasn't for me - you can watch only what you have on your mobile phone. I needed 2 new apps to mirroring my mobile to TV screen and then link to the TV. Of course, I did it. I would prefer to see local news, local music when I go abroad. It could be great if I could to see some Danish TV not my Netflix.

Location is great, staff is wonderful and welcoming. We love the breakfasts, enough choice for mornings with tasty food. We stayed on 2nd floor and bell from Tower didn't ring all night. our room window was on courtyard, but it was charming.

Location is exceptionally good, the staff is very friendly! Wi-fi works well and you can connect your mobile phone to the tv and use it like a monitor to watch whatever you like!

For a 4 star hotel, kettle and fridge in the room were definitely missing. Also no safe box for valuable belongings.

Cosy, clean hotel with very comfortable beds and lovely atmosphere. Extremely well located!
