Very expensive to have breakfast, so we didn't opt for this. The shower head kept on turning around whilst having a shower. We were not told that the room was not serviced, only if you told reception the night before.

The location was fine, however the room was a bit small. No nice coffee, but we made due.

Price, some services. First of all, they proposed a room upgrade for 20 eur, some time later I've seen that the price is for person, which makes no sense. Anyway. In the room there was no drinking water. For such a pricey hotel, this is inadmissible. Overall, the cleanliness and location makeup for the all the above, but still, there is room for improvement.

The property was very close to the central station-15 min walk or 5 min bus ride which connected us to all the places we wanted to visit in Copenhagen easily. Also, the hotel was clean and had a very nice restaurant. The staff were friendly.

Not really clean, uncomfortable pillows and the bathroom door is transparent meaning that when one of us needed to use the bathroom in the middle of the night the whole room would light up.

First unpleasant surprise was that housekeeping/cleaning was not included in the price of the accommodation (could be purchased for extra 1000 DKK). I would expect this to be automatic and not that expensive. There is also a pier in front of the hotel with many people walking and they can very easily see into the room, therefore you have to have the curtains closed if you don’t want to be on display. Also when the sofa bed was pulled out, you could not sit at the desk because of the lack of space.

The rooms and the beds are small. In a modern hotel like this, there should be a shower, not a bathtub, it is hopeless to clean (obviously) and not user-friendly to get in and out of. The bathroom is not equipped with a toilet brush though cleaning only applies to the stay every 4th day. The hotel is very anonymous, we stayed a week and had no contact with staff or greetings from any staff members except for the first check-in and asking for a cleaning, which was more or less refused as it should have been asked for the day before. It seems flexibility is very low in this hotel. Noise from the street is clear when you book a standard room and do not pay extra to get moved to the waterfront.

The location is fantastic, architecture charming, and it is a very nice waterside location. The room is bright and if you pay extra you are moved to the waterside (away from the noisy street side).

Room was really so small, breakfast was not that good (there were only 3 types of cheese, could be more cheese, i love cheese 😄), internet connection was problematic (it kept disconnecting and it was slow), and it's location is a little bit distant to main attractions for my liking :)

Some of the staff in the hotel restaurant were arrogant, negligent and impolite. We ordered food and ended up having red onions in the hamburger even though we specifically mentioned that we wanted them left out and one of us didn't get fries with the meal even though we ordered them. During the meal no one came by to ask how we were so we couldn't give any feedback on the meal. Paying for the food took a really long time because the staff kept ignoring us.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were really nice with a fantastic view to the ocean.

I read there is an issue with "glass wall" between bathroom and room -it is now covered with Milky glass and I would not even notice it if not the comments, so this is no issue anymore. The breakfast is nice but not to much variety of e.g. cold cuts and a lot of times you need to ask stuff to bring more as they rapidly run out (the staff is very nice and helpful and brings the food quite fast). We were kind of off season so it was ok but in high peak there would definitely could do with another coffee machine as they were only 2 for a big hotel like this one. Ps. For those complaining about water in mini bar that you need to pay for- keep in mind that in Denmark everyone is drinking tap water and this you can get for free in all the bars/restaurant and you can drink it in the room as well so the bottled one is not needed.

Very nice and helpful staff, room well equipped with essentials, tea and coffee set, iron and iron board, good view on the water. The location is just 5min walk from Kodbyen meatpacking district with bars and restaurants, easy access from the airport. Bike rental on the spot and well connected to all the directions needed. A shopping mall with Lidl next door.

When i originally booked the hotel i understood that hotel has a indoor swimming pool, which was not the case, that was the only disappointment.

the door to the bathroom is a glass door, it wasn‘t see through but you could hear everything which is kind of weird.. it was crazy hot in the room and wasn‘t possible to turn down the heating

The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful. We reached a little bit earlier than the check in and there was no problem of keeping the bags while we went to exploring the city. My family and me got rooms next to each other as asked and with a nice view of the river. Breakfast was delicious.
