It was just a quick walk from metro station. The room was tiny but is suited us for a one-night-stay. Breakfast was very well but unless you an early bird you have to wait for table.

The hotel needs to be updated. The toilet did not flush properly. There is a small things here and there that needs to be fixed.

The location is very good. Near to the main train station and a short distance from Ströget.

Breakfast is not that great to be honest. You have to share the tables and it was quite busy. Can be nice when you are a solo traveller, but I was travelling for work.

Window was not closed completely when we arrived and we froзе that night. Next day we were instructed how to close the closed window and got an extra heater.

Nice location i think prisons in Denmark are better furnished but it was nice.

THE BATHROOM WAS A BIG LET DOWN. It's nothing the staff can help with, they're badly designed and some constructional investment is needed in them to prevent water from shower spilling on the entire floor and making it wet. Even the shower curtain was absorbing and not repelling water! Also, a very foul smell came from the drain which we covered with plastic sheet to sleep. Also, since the hotel is quite central and close to restaurants, expect some noise at night.

The location was fab, so lose to train and subway station. If you rent a bike, the parking place is just outside. 7-eleven is just opposite, and a range of good hotels. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing, worth the addition to your room and WiFi works at lightening speed.

The family room did not have adequet heating, but was given a spare heater. But it was also a cold spell when we visited...

The beds. Mattress was really really soft. Not comfortable at all.

Both staff and location was amazing. A literal 3 min walk from Copenhagen Centra station and a 20 min walk from the City Centre. The staff was unbelievable, so helpful and cheery.

Some surfaces in the rooms were a little dusty but nothing drastic. We encountered a little mix up with their maintenance team as they had been in our original room so we had to move rooms on our final night but the reception staff were SO helpful is fixing this issue for us!

Stairwell could do with being vacuumed, but they were in the process of changing lots of beds so that may explain it.
