Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

RomaniaThe breakfast space was a bit too small during crowded morning hours. Still, it was never a problem, always found room to eat. Also, there was a sewage smell, coming up through the pipes.
The staff was really accommodating. Something happened with our room and they’ve upgraded us to a studio to the next hotel nearby. The room was bigger, with a kitchenette and very well equipped. The location for us worked perfectly.

KazakhstanOne regret I have is that I should have used taxi to get there, but I thought 15-min walk is not that difficult, and maybe in normal conditions it would be ok but we got under really heavy rain and got soaked, even my clothes inside of suitcases got wet and got white stains from rain water. I think one area for improvement would be for the hotel to reach out to the guests before their arrival and advise about how to get there. I mean I understand that with Google maps it can be easy to do on our own, but as locals they could tell me that there's a metro station closer to the hotel than the one we were at after the cruise travel.
Great breakfast! Clean room. Nice amenities. It was clever to set up ironing room rather than have iron in each room. Location is good for those who would like to see locals' life, because it's surrounded by apartment blocks with nice sidewalks, supermarkets, local cafes, etc.

NetherlandsThe room is very basic: no fridge and no wardrobe.
Location is good, lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. There is a nice beach nearby and the metro is only a 10-15 minutes walk. The room was clean and comfortable. Toiletries were also decent.

United StatesWe did have a leak in our ceiling from the AC but it was resolved.
The location was perfect as our son lives in Osterbro and we were taking a trip on the Ferry. It was easy to get to City center in the metro and use the harbor bus. We also enjoyed breakfast every morning and being able to heat up and eat dinner in the dinning area was very convenient.

SingaporeWe couldn’t seem to control the room temp manually. And the room didn’t have a cupboard or a safe.
Location is a bit away from tourist areas but metro runs 24hrs. And the location by the water gave amazing views! It was also quiet and clean neighbourhood with a collection of upmarket eateries and 3 supermarkets. You will not want for amenities.

We liked location! It is not in the city center, but in the new sea side district. it is close to the Metro and it was nice to go from there by ferry. Excellent breakfast! Enough facilities: ironing room, fitness room. We had a Seaview room, it was not big but very comfortable.

CroatiaAs vegetarians, we would appreciate it if we could have tofu or vegetarian sausages for breakfast. There could also be a better selection of fruit, especially seasonal ones. The juices could also be of better quality.
A pleasant hotel in a nice and quiet area of Copenhagen. The staff is friendly and unobtrusive; and so are the hotel guests. The hotel is so quiet and peaceful that you get the impression that there aren't many guests. It's only during breakfast that you realize that there are. The room and bathroom are spotlessly clean. We recommend it!

United KingdomThe breakfast was a bit uninspired and monotonous (but fine) and the hotel has no restaurant and there are very few in the area, so we ended up eating in the centre of Copenhagen. The room was quite small with very little storage.
Clean and quiet hotel, reasonably close to the metro and in a nice part of Copenhagen. Supermarket is also close by. The room was spotless and beds comfortable. Staff were super helpful and overall we had a great stay.

BelgiumIt's expensive, but everything in Copenhagen is.
The hotel is located outside of the city center, but in a beautiful modern port area with many restaurants a short walk away. The metro is also nearby. We rented bikes for the day - that was very convenient and reasonably priced. The gym is well equipped and with a view of the water and the port. The breakfast offers a wide variety of food. I highly recommend this place!

SerbiaAll in all satisfied.
My opinion is that this is between boutique hotel and 4* hotel. Location on the waterfront, great neighborhood with lots of cafes, supermarkets (Meny by far the best option), 5 minute walk to the Metro station and 15 min walk to Juno Bakery. Hotel room comfortable. Breakfast is good, with few options. Staff is helpful and welcoming.
