Location was perfect for us, walked everywhere in the city, being close to train station was very convenient to go to Louisiana museum and Malmö, also to the airport. Staff was helpful and smiling all the time, room was small but has everthing you need, room and the bathroom was clean.

The hotel was beautiful and our top floor room was really great. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Will 100% be back again.

Room on 5th floor was up in the roof space. That meant bending over to move around on one side of the room which made it feel a bit cramped.

The cleaning staff stormed my room, but no cleaning was requested, and I had a late check out. There is a steamer in the bedroom, not an iron. I specifically asked before my stay if there was an iron available.

Shower door was not properly isolating the water so everytime we had a shower the bathroom would be completely wet . It was not ideal considering that you had to stand in the water to brush your teeth or to use the toilet.

The bathroom was a little small in the room we stayed in but wasn’t an issue, and sometimes could hear chatter of the people walking the streets outside. Didn’t bother us at all but know it might be a dealbreaker for some!

Comfiest bed I’ve ever stayed in and room was a really good size, plenty of room for all our stuff! The steamer and hairdryer were very handy and again good quality. Staff were very friendly, down to earth and helpful. The location was great, so close and walkable to anywhere in the centre.

The room was cozy and a perfect size for the weekend get away. The bed was comfortable, though could have done with more pillows. The location was very convenient, close to eateries and the Copenhagen Central Station. I will definitely stay here on my next trip.

You have to specifically raise a request to get your bedroom made (but not anytime). The sheets had stains. The shower was particularly tiny.

The location of my room was at the ground floor with a window right next to the patio. No problem this time as it was quiet and cold. In the summer or if there had been more guests it could have been very noisy in my room and with the bed a few cm from the window I would feel quite exposed

There was no kettle of fridge, even though the website said it had these facilities. You have to go downstairs and pay for coffee after breakfast ends at 10am. The pillows were soft, but I’ve learnt this seems to be the standard, so I recommend you ask for a second pillow immediately upon checking in.

The breakfast was amazing, lots of choices. The staff were all very accommodating if you asked for anything different. The rooms were a good size and the bathroom was average, showers could be a bit bigger but the floors were all heated so any excess water quickly dried up. The location was excellent, 10 minute walk to the main shopping area and central station was less than 5 minutes away. Fantastic kebab shop on the corner with AMAZING tasting food. There was a pretty and welcoming outdoor seating area to enjoy in the warmer weather.

Our stay at Hotel Mayfair was enjoyable overall, although we encountered a minor inconvenience with the TV not working (could not connect to device). However, we opted not to make a fuss since we had our laptops and were only there briefly. Despite this issue, the hotel's prime location and pleasant staff made our stay pleasant.
