To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel is in a very great location with easy access to metro, central station and walking distance to attractions. And the staff in the reception are helpful and friendly.

United KingdomLet down by the Poor wifi, stayed in a triple room which was a double room with an additional set up for an extra single mobile bed so the room was cramped and not reflective of the price. A mobile bed does not equate to a single bed rather an additional service and should perhaps be charged accordingly and not miss sold.

KuwaitRoom was too hot even with the AC on. Thankfully they had a fan. I got a room with a balcony with no view it looks straight into the building on the side. Carpet had stains. The shower head was very rusty. The sheets had marks on them.

IrelandHaving two single beds instead of a double bed was frustrating. Shower pressure was very low which was unfortunate. Our bath had a lot of rust.
Location is ideal if you’re going for Christmas markets which are walking distance away. Floor in bathroom was heated. Room had good heating/aircon. Staff were very nice, a lovely lady let us check in early as our room was ready ahead of check in time which we really appreciated after our flight. A few shops and cafes were very close to the hotel. It’s across from a train station which was handy for getting to and from the airport or other places in Copenhagen. No major complaints about our stay.

Slovakia1.The room was fine for 2 people, but we have made the reservation for 3 people and got the same room as for two adults. The extra bed was added to the room, which made the space a bit squeezy. 2. Unfortunately the heating in our room was not working et all. We hoped that the issue is solved immediately, but it took amore then 1 hour to move us to another room. 3. And I was really surprised when nobody from the hotel give us a word to say Sorry, or we apologize .... Maybe next time.
