NO AIR CONDITIONING!! We went near the beginning of the season - outside temp 20-23C but inside the room at night closer to 26-27C. Only one tiny fan available and likely not enough to go around. Kids did not sleep well at all because at night room was truly no different to sauna. Hotel is old so in the room quite a few places need updating and painting. Rooms are much smaller than the ones at Legoland Windsor - kids bunk beds right next to adults' bed.

Kids loved it. Movies in the lobby for kids, free popcorn, massive lego bricks play area, food definitely better than expected (though Panorama restaurant only), very very clean hotel.

I was a bit suprised of the price for the dinner buffet, for my understanding it was too much higher than expected and higher than a normal dinner in a very good restaurant in the center of the Copenhagen. Nevertheless the food was OK and it is quite suitable to have it there whereas no other places are available in the area.

Everything was very well organized for a small family vacation, it is really not necessary to stay more than one day.

This is a hotel run by amateurs in all but their ability to charge. There are 5 check in desks that also double for shop payment. At no time were more than 2 manned, despite customer queues. The same in the restaurant. One person manned the check in and that same person took guests to their table while other guests waited in a queue stretching into the bar. I have NEVER been charged for tap water accompanying a bottle of wine & kids drinks ever in the world before this. The main buffet is nothing short of chaotic & the pirate restaurant layout of buffet requires a jog between stations.

The children liked the Lego themes and there was lots of Lego to play with.

The staff very happy to help, nice and smiling. My daughter loved the Lego Friends room and those Kids zones they have all around the hotel. There is a little lego surprise on the childrens pillow. The breakfast was tasty and plenty of choice. Walking distance to the Lego House and Lalandia, Legoland on the doorstep. Bus ride from/to the airport takes few minutes (only 2 bus stops). We had a great stay.

    Nothing!

We liked everything about the hotel - location ( 2min to Legoland, Lego House and Lalandia) and big free car park, very nice staff, rooms decorations fantastic, we had a Lego Ninjago room but there's many different Lego themes for Lego fans. Room was cleaned every day. Breakfast couldn't be better, so many things to choose from and simply delicious. We loved everyday competition for kids! Lego bricks for kids to play in many places in the hotel and very nice welcome pack for kids. The hotel itself is a big attraction for kids. Overall we loved it!

The venue is very tired and the bedrooms needs a referbishment. I understood the theme, but for me it was a bit of overkill. The bathroom had a clothe shower screen which seem weird as it provided no water proofing whats so ever.

LEGO just the name LEGO speaks volume. I find the hotel is to old and to small especially when legoland is closed. There theme is kids can play anytime anywhere and we have our neighbor knocking on the wall to tell my son stop playing. The toy apparatus was build on the wall so LEGO hotel needs improvement on the sound prove. Laladina is way better than LEGO hotel. Will not return next time.

Some information should be at least in English too, not only in Danish. Especially it was frustrating to be given some discounts assigned eg. to Season Pass described only in Danish language. Concerning hotrl itself - there were no furnitures in the room to put the clothes and other belongings in - like nobody consider you can go there for more than 2-3 days.

Great location - very close to airport, just next to Legoland with perfect connection to the park. Excellent for children with many activities and competitions. Nice and friendly Staff. Amazing places close around like Lalandia next to the Legoland, amazing safari zoo in Gyvskud, very modern museum of Vikings and Denmark first kings in Jelling and other interesting historical sites in close neighbourhood. Wide offer of packages with combined discounts and free entries.

There is no shuttle transportation service from the train station which is a BIG problem specially if you are traveling with bags and you have to switch buses in order to reach the hotel (taxis cost dkk 550). Quality of food served was just ok. We stayed for two days and no one cleaned our room at all and we had lots of dirty diapers in the rubbish bin.

Stayed at the LEGOLAND hotel for 3 nights in July, with husband and two kids ages 9yrs and 7yrs. Fantastic time had by all. Was wary having read previous reviews , but had nothing to worry about. Booked the standard room as felt we probably wouldn't be in the room much, however on the arrival we were given a free upgrade to pirate room , this just added to the experience and enjoyment for the kids. Room was clean and tidy, and kids liked their free lego gift which was waiting for them in the room. Food was lovely, although buffet abit expensive. Park tickets were bought at the hotel and to our surprised only cost £120 approx, for a 2 day pass for the 4 of us. Daughter won hotel competition, (treasure hunt) and received a large super heroes lego set, so worth entering. Staff all very nice, friendly and helpful at the hotel and park. Only downside was were ended up not having enough time , another couple of days would have been good. Would definitely return .
