Immediately after paying and booking via your website I had a scam email telling me my booking at the property had not gone through and I needed to redo it. If you ignore that you'll be fine.

Has bad press on reviews. Doesn't deserve it. Clean and comfortable. Got to pay attention to the email with the details. Zero problems.

The walls between rooms are very thin and there were a lot of other noisy guests and noise from the from door, kitchen, etc. Definitely needed earplugs. Not entirely clean room, unfortunately. Smelled a bit of sewer. The staff that was there at one point was not too friendly or helpful.

Very nice placement in a safe area. No noise from the streets (although a lot from other rooms). Very nice that there is a kitchen everyone can use with cutlery, microwave, etc.

The promo does say "the double room offers tea and coffee making facilities" but I wasn't expecting just one small jug downstairs in the shared "kitchen" space. The in-room mini fridge was an unexpected bonus, but a 10€ kettle would have been nice. More effective blockout window coverings would have been nice as the sunrise was 4h30.

The location was OK, close enough to bus stops and metro. It was well priced for a capital city and clean.

Easy communication. The room was clean enough, but the carpet needs replacing urgently, and the whole room felt very 'tired'. There is lots of noise from other rooms and no lift. If you're on the top floor getting the suitcase up, it was tricky and no doubt woke everyone in the early hours

It was pretty noisy. When people in the kitchen outside of my room spoke in a regular voice, I could understand almost every word. Woke up several times due to other guests coming home late, slamming doors, speaking and laughing loudly.

Perfectly located in Central Norrebro, this was a good, simple and affordable accomodation for just one night. Definitely no bed bugs (as stated in some earlier feedbacks), was in fact very clean. No problems with self check-in either, super clear and simple process. Liked the fact there‘s a shared kitchen for all guests to use.

We had to wait outside the apartment for at least 20 minutes because no one had sent us the codes to enter at check in and no one answered the phone for about 1 hour of calls. We arrived late in the evening but it had been communicated and we had even received confirmation that it would not be a problem to check in late. This problem was not only for us but also for other guests. The room was fine though and there was even a fairly organised area outside. Ugly bottle opener, useless

We had to call the owner to get help with check in, but the answer came very fast and kindly.

The facilities were as expected, clean and comfortable, we could keep our luggage stored after our check out.

The walls are paper thin, you could hear everything from the outside or the top floors. The carpet was really dirty. You could feel the humidity in the air.

The sheets were clean. The kitchen had everything you need. The communication was timely and clear.

The booking.com and google reviews do not match. In addition, staff was not very reassuring when it came to the many google reviews mentioning bed bugs. Denying the possibility of there being bed bugs and claiming that only one person placed such a review and had not even stayed at the hotel.

We received entry codes in a timely manner and instructions were clear. Staff called us back after calling them within an hour.

The door is too noisy when people open it. People enter late, drunk, and doing any kind of noise. There is no clearing or room service.

The room was large, and the kitchen had everything you needed for a short stay.

There were some really loud guests next door as there’s a hostel. Did not get much sleep. They were banging on the door at 2-3am for both nights I slept there!

checkin instructions are said to be send 24 hours ahead. But despite 3 email reminders, the information was sent only a few hours before. This is not acceptable especially when people are in transit and have no access to internet

Very old and spoty carpet, mothes in the room.
