Just a bit far from city center if you take public transport. If you’re traveling with your car, don’t bother taking bus to the city center as there’re lots of free parking spots (5 hours max) near the botanic garden and Gamle By museum and it’s about 15 mins walk to the city center.

Very clean, spacious and modern room. Friendly and helpful reception staff. The hotel is surrounded with shopping mall, supermarket and restaurant. Must try the Asian buffet next to the hotel, it serves above average Asian food at a very reasonable price. We saw lots of local Danes eating at this restaurant.

Room very hot and despite being on 7th floor could still hear the noise from the street. Dirty sheets. Holes in the ceiling. Empty Shampoo/body soap in shower which is all they provide (only realised once in shower). Terrible pillows. No phone in room so could not contact reception to rectify any of the issues without having to get redressed and go down the terrible lift to the reception and after a long day all we wanted was to try and get some sleep and leave the place.

4,5 km to the city centrum, no painted walls in the room and bathroom (only plaster)

Nice staff, good breakfast, I wanted a room in the upper floor and I received it ,wide bed, free parking at the hotel (first , by checking in one has to register one"s car), the bus stop is located near hotel (20 DKK to the city centrum by bus )

Have to pay €2 for hot water for a cup of tea at reception. Nothing exciting to do in Viby. Breakfast is very poor, no hot food apart from a boiled egg you make yourself. Expected a lot more and a bigger selection for €13.

Was working in Viby, so it was ideal. Bus across the street for 20DDK to Aarhus city centre (beautiful place), I walked there in 45 mins, just a straight road so can't get lost. Great Italian restaurant called Bellissima nearby. Joined a gym next door for 3 days (150DDK), was a great gym. Easy and free parking. Rooms great to work in, as good desk and bright.

Breakfast very basic and kept getting asked to show my ticket to prove I had paid for breakfast. Cost €2 for hot water from the machine in reception for a cup of tea. Only 2 restaurants in area, also a Domino's and a McDonalds, so not much choice.

Staff were nice. Was working in Viby, so was ideal (5 min walk to office). Good desk for working on, bed was comfy, room was very clean, nice view from 5th floor. Parking free and lots of spaces.

    everything was great.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was easy to find, no traffic issues as it's just a bit outside the center, lots of parking (use the underground parking lot!), very friendly staff, quick check-in and out, and the room was clean and quite stylish looking for a budget hotel. We left our car at the hotel and took the bus into town, as it's only a 10-15 min journey (and you can pay via the midttrafik app). If all city hotels are booked out, this is an excellent alternative, especially if you come by car.

Bathroom sink was very tiny. Coffee,a fridge and especially lots of water would be nice (though tap water was fine).

I have respiratory allergies and asthma, so we chose Zleep Hotel because of their commitment to hypoallergenic bedding, cleanliness, no perfumes or smoke, etc. We knew the room would be basic, so we were not surprised or upset by concrete floors and walls. We welcomed the lack of upholstery and carpet. The room did not disappoint. Air quality was perfect, mattress was excellent and desk service was very congenial and helpful on all counts (even keeping my medication in their kitchen refrigerator and ice blocks in their freezer). Our location was fine--in a business area close to an Aldi's and other grocery stores, ATMs, etc. Parking was convenient. Public transportation was very close. Navigation info was provided. The ride to downtown is around 15-20 minutes, I think (we got off too soon and ended up walking through much of downtown Aarhus). If you are headed to the older portion of the city, ask for downtown or the cathedral, not "the old city." There is a reconstructed old Danish village in the heart of Aarhus near the park and university that is considered the "old city' or "old town." Aarhus is a bicycling city and supposedly has free bikes (sign out at the library at the port), but we never found them. There are dedicated bike lanes everywhere. There are some rental places downtown but not at Zleep. I think the piles of bikes you will see everywhere are mostly privately owned. Tip: carry a water bottle with you everywhere and fill up at taps. BYOW to restaurants. Restaurants charge handsomely for water. For the best traditional Danish food we were able to find--and at a great price--drive to the little port/ferry town of Eberhart. Turn one block uphill off the main road to a parallel lane for lots of charm and good food. In a country that is notoriously expensive to visit, Zleep was an excellent value and we would happily stay here again.

Breakfast was 99 DKK, standard offer, it's better to eat for that money outside. 4 km from the city center, so you must use public transport (20 DKK one way) or to use car (22 DKK/h public parking).

Bathroom was on the smaller side (but modern and clean). There was a wi-fi network outage for the duration of our stay. This was less than ideal as we had plans for onward travels to make. The staff during the day didn't seem to have much of an idea on when it could be fixed. Luckily the afternoon/evening staff were helpful in allowing us to hotspot and access wi-fi, but only by sitting in reception. Complimentary breakfast for our final morning was offered as a form of compensation which was appreciated. Location ideally requires use of a car. Dining options nearby are limited - make sure if arriving after hours or weekend that you eat in advance.

Parking available on-site (although access after hours involves a swipe pass attached to a piece of metal pipe!). Room was good size, with a minimalistic approach, but with table, sitting chair and some hanging space was ideal for a short stay without any unnecessary items taking up space. Afternoon/evening staff were great - helpful and friendly (sadly our experience with morning and day staff was less favourable and they didn't seem to be proactive or helpful).

Who came up with the idea to combine the lobby handicap toilet as an clothing iron room? Very bad judgement. Asked where to iron the shirt and where refered to the toilet (!). Not so nice. The breakfast wasnt so nice... very poor alternatives, especially for a vegetarian. All yoghurt was with 11% added sugar (no healthier alternatives), you had to cook your own eggs. When you eat breakfast at a hotel you might not want to wait 10 minutes for the eggs to be done. Wifi was a little slow when watching netflix on the computer (7 floor).

The hotel is not centrally located which is not so convenient, but it is just a straight shot of ca. 3.5 km away from the city centre.

Zleep hotel is like a fancier version of CabInn. It is more "luxurious" in a sort of spartan way, and is much more aesthetically pleasing, especially with regard to the furnishings. It has all of the basics. The bed was comfy enough and it was also quiet. So, really nothing to complain about for a hotel in this price class.

We got very disappointed about the staff. I forgot my reading glasses (which were from a very special brand, thus quite expensive) inside the room, on the stool close to the bed to be precise. I only use them before sleeping, since they're reading glasses and I wear contact lenses when outdoors. So I called them twice, on the same day and on the next day, and they told us that nobody found it. We're super disappointed, because I remember very well of leaving it there, next to the bed, and really hoped that they would find it... Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend Zleep. Apparently not reliable staff. Plus, the hotel is not well located. Considering that Aarhus is a small city, the hotel is quite far from the center - 15 min by bus.

As the hotel is situated on the crossroads of two main streets, there's always some traffic noise. There are no water boilers on the rooms, so you even have to buy hot water (15 DKK) or coffee from an automat in the lobby.
