Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Old TV with no smart functions, and you're stuck with Nordic channels.
Great location to the airport. 10 min walk away. Perfect for short layovers, late arrival and/or early flights.

My room was a standard seize very small. Unfortunately there was a bad smell in the room from former guests. I like this hotel but will only stay in the upgraded rooms next time. The wall soap dispenser is so unpleasant to use. The towels are nice. The bed was very comfortable.
Friendly staff at the reception I got a to go breakfast and missed their lovely breakfast buffet which is always excellent. The bed was very comfortable.

The hotel definitely needs refurbishment. Bathroom very small. We were 2 rooms away from the lift but could hear a constant low-level background noise from the lift shaft.
Comfortable bed. Fair-sized room. Pleasant staff and ate well in restaurant one night. 5 minutes walk to metro.

The hallway on my floor smelled like cigarettes, the hotel is quite old and basic. The room was quite old and didn't look as nice as it does in the pictures.
I stayed at the hotel just overnight between my flights. While it was very basic, the room was clean and ok got a short stay. The location was very convenient and close to the airport

There used to be nothing I do not like; but I do have a recommendation: leave a scraper in the bathroom. A couple of times now I have experienced that the water from the shower , that runs in to the drain under the gabdwashbasin, overflows, and the small bathroomfloor is completely flooded. Would be nice to vibe able to wipe it in to the drain, so that the floor can dry
I normally use this hotel when I have an early morning flight back to France. It’s 1 stop from the airport, the rooms are normale comfortable, as is the bed. There are 2 next door supermarkets where I buy, what I want to bring back with me, and there’s a nice restaurant next door. I highly recommend the kebabshop in the same building complex. Lovely and fresh food that you can take to your room. The nicest staff there.

We spent a very short night before going on a flight from CPH. The place is very well located for the airport. A nice hotel, we could also have used for longer stays.

Keep in mind that theres neither an AC nor a fridge however it wasn't that big of a problem for us
Overall our stay was really pleasant. The beds were comfortable and for one night the facilities were satisfying. Andrew at the check in was exceptional and fast forward!

The bathroom was old, needs restyling. The shower doors were leaking everywhere and not comparable to the nice sleeping room we had. Long waiting at the reception for check-in and staff very stiff and probably overwhelmed.
The room was big and well furnished with a coffee machine available. Breakfast was excellent with a continental offer. The reception area is very nice and a great place if you need to work for few hours.

Hotel is very very old. Small rooms and bathrooms. A microwave and small refigerator in each room would be of benefit

Rooms are tired looking and beds in our rooms are well past their best days.
Staff were really great. Friendly and helpful. Restaurant was really a pleasant surprise and food was perfectly prepared and good value.
