Had to call reception for towels and bedding. Shower flooded the bathroom, which smelled quite bad. No tea or coffee present in room, for a superior room it was quite plain.

    The bed was very comfortable.

Their isn't much which needs to be written in "didn't like" thing. Their is one thing which can be stated is the time taken by the reception for the final billing all the time. The check-out time is a bit more, which can be curtailed for better service.

Hotel is situated at an area which is easily assessable to many attractions in not much time. Nice area to stay, either you are alone or in a group. Shopping places are also very near and Grocery store is just right at the corner.

    Nothing! Everything was great!

We arrived in the middle of the night and the staff was so helpful ordering a taxi for us early the next morning and handling all of our boxes, putting them in storage, and getting them out again the next morning in time to meet the taxi. We stayed here last year and this hotel is just the BEST! They treat each guest like they are the most important person there.

After staying in multiple Radisson Blu hotels, my boyfriend and I were expecting a much higher-end accommodation. The hotel was nice but definitely not worth the price. It looks like one of the older Radisson Blu properties and could use a renovation.

A great location with super quiet rooms - it made for a relaxing trip! The staff were all super friendly and attentive. Additionally, parking is really convenient and only a few steps away from the hotel entrance!

This hotel has the potential to be brilliant - location, architecture, common areas It was let down by all the little things The airconditioning was stuck on 25 degrees - when I asked for help from reception, the young lady said "why don't you open the window?" There was a hidden charge for using the leisure centre - it was on the website but only if you read the description and selected further details - why not be upfront about this? The bed was soft There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room - if you asked, they were delivered to the room, but why? They are standard in every other hotel I have used for years.

I Had booked a business room for two persons. Upon arrival room was only prepped for one person. The room was in poor condition with stains on the furniture, carpet, walls and bathroom door. Had to call for extra cleaning of the bathroom and toilet, upon arrival. The breakfast was mediocre and the coffee not that good. The hotel clearly didn't meet the expectations. I won't return.

Once called upon the cleaning staff was extremely diligent. Eventhough the window was rather small, the view was quite nice. Access to a large gym. Great and calm location yet in the vincinity of museums, concert hall, restaurants.

The staff are not very knowledgeable about public transport, the decor is too beige for my taste, and the smell of the complimentary toiletries reminded me of Dettol. The beds are not particularly comfortable, and the feather pillows sink down to nothing the minute you put your head on them. The rooms have a tendency to get very hot in the middle of the night, and the air conditioning is extremely noisy, but can be switched off if required. The food is extortionately priced, but luckily there are plenty of other options nearby.

Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel is in a great location, in the same complex as the concert hall, art gallery and conference centre, next to a car park and gardens and just around the corner from a supermarket. The railway station, town centre and bus stops are also nearby. The rooms are clean and well equipped with a safe and minibar as well as a bed, tables, chairs and a massive TV screen with several international channels, including a few in English. The en-suite bathrooms are especially well designed, offering a choice of bath, fixed shower and hand-held shower.

Lovely breakfast with a large selection of choices. The bed was very comfortable, large tv, good wi-fi, a nice one night stay.

I guess it was a really great hotel a few years back but they lost it along hte way? Grumpy staff and outdated rooms....

    Really great location.

Was not aware of the extra cost of breakfast. And because it was 175 DKK every morning it did matter.
