3 floors without lift to reach some of the facilities and to enter / exit the flat, a fact not necessarily well advertised upon booking clothes dryer not working well

excellent location, close to train station, close to a few sights, and with supermarket and restaurants right at its doorstep very responsive host and great service (eg extra towels or drying rack when requested)

We knew it was the top floor so we were prepared for the five flights of stairs and tried to minimise the number of times we needed to climb them! Being on the top floor, means a sloping roof in all rooms which can sometimes be tricky when you're tall.

The apartment is in a stunning location, right in the centre of 'old' Copenhagen and walking distance to everywhere. Lots of good restaurants, shops, cafes all around. We stayed on the top floor apartment which is larger than the photos suggest with good separation of the bedrooms for privacy. Nice large bathroom and living space.

Remarkably well-run apartment hotel right in the centre of town. Spacious rooms that were well-equipped and comfortable. Good communication and responsiveness. They even have a large luggage storage room so you can leave your baggage on the day you arrive or leave. Really an outstanding place, that we would be happy to use any time we were in Copenhagen.

There was no washing machine in the apartment and we and we had go down to the laundry room every time we needed to do the laundry.

Excellent location few minutes away from all major attractions. The apartment is spacious and super comfortable. There was as well luggage storage where we could keep our luggage the last day after checkout while touring the city.

Would be nice if were given a lower floor or unit with elevator, bec some apartment unit doesnt have an elevator. We have 5 big luggages to bring upstairs to level 1 which, but It's not their fault. Overall the place is 10/10!

Apartment was spacious, complete amenities, super clean and I pove the minimalist design. One attraction is just across, love the place and location, very near to restaurants , stroget, Nyhavn, mostly are walkable. Staff were very helpful too. Love this apartment. A bit pricy but worth it. Free luggage storage is exceptional after checkout, we were able to roam and come back to pick up our luggage on the last day. Definitely recommended!!!

We would have liked to find some milk in the fridge upon arrival and a map of the city which would have made it easier for us to plan our stay upon arrival, on a wet VERY COLD snowy day. One of the pans did not work on the induction hob.

The apartment was very central. No need for a car. From the airport you can take the underground to the town centre and walk to the apartment. The apartment was spacious. It has a fridge, a hob and a kitchen sink. The people running the place were very responsive.

The area is a little bit noisy. Especially at early morning and late night. Sometimes the guest cannot behave themselves. But it can happen everywhere.

In the center of Copenhagen, right next to the Rundturm. Perfect location, few minutes from the Metro, sights, shopping street, bars. The apartment was lovely, spacious, you have everything, you need. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Rosenborg Hotel apartments is a 7-minute walk from Norreport Metro station. Next to Rundetaarn. The location is perfect. The room is very spacious, large and clean. And team that we have not seen but is always with us. :)

Just some things to be aware of - you are in the heart of a downtown pedestrian area so you will hear city noises, i.e. people talking in the courtyard, trash pickup, etc. If you know you are sensitive to these things, book some place more outside the zone. There is a church immediately across the street and they ring bells at 8 a.m. for a few minutes to start the day during the week and Saturday (we weren't there on Sunday) and again at 5 p.m. to end the day - we were always up and/or starting to get up by 8 so it was something charming, but if you know you sleep in late, plan accordingly. If you don't want to climb stairs - book one of the rooms with the elevator (it says it in the description if it has elevator access or not) or on a lower floor. The bathroom shower and sink splash some, but nothing outrageous. The most worrisome/bothersome thing - a maid entered our apartment without knocking or announcing herself because she thought we checked out at 10 and not later closer to actual checkout time. I don't know why she would think that but it really should be standard to knock on doors before entering as a precautionary measure.

The 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with elevator was plenty spacious for our family of 4 (2 adults, 1 teen, 1 tween). Beds and pillows were comfortable. The location is wonderful for walking to shops, sites, restaurants and also relatively close to public transportation. We'd happily rent here again and recommend to others. Check-in was with a code and easy. Free washer and dryer on site which we hadn't planned on using but ended up needing to and was happy it was so convenient. Free Luggage lockers were also convenient to have between checkout at 11 and our 8 p.m. flight.
