Perhaps the only negative I have is that it was a little bit expensive but then again it was worth it in terms of comfort and convenience.

We were upgraded to a larger room overlooking the lake which was a really pleasant surprise especially since we stayed there for 4 nights. The location of the hotel is perfect being in close proximity to train stations as well as within walking distance to most of the main attractions in the center of town. The breakfasts were always good with all the necessaries and the staff were very obliging.

There's no bright light in the room to read by in the evening; the bedside lights are too low and dim. Some fruit at breakfast still has it's outer skin on e.g. the pineapple; many hotels remove this. The muesli is mainly cornflakes. The pillows were small and square...unusual! But okay to sleep on.

On the downside, the reservation was for three people, but unfortunately the room was not prepared for three, we had to wait for an extra bed, which was not convenient with a small child. The second negative about the room was that the cleaning was not very good.

Excellent location, everything is within walking distance. Gorgeous view from the window. Good varied breakfasts.

No mini bar in the room, the room was not planned as very functional, the staff was not very friendly, our room wasn't cleaned even though we had booked, some lights were not working in our room and fixed the next day

In my opinion it's overpriced, there are not so many utilities in the rooms to be a four star hotel.

Great location and great breakfast buffet. There is a kids play zone where you can enjoy playing with your little ones.

One small pillow each. Asked for another by phoning reception but it never arrived. Also asked for hairdryer which was missing from room and didn’t arrive either. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Frustratingly there are no stairs that can be used other than in an emergency. We were on 1st floor and had to wait for lifts on a very busy morning when it would have taken seconds to walk down stairs.

They have reduced the services to the bare minimum for the sake of “sustainable” while compromising on hospitality. They do not provide daily cleaning of the room, you need ask for it. It was also missing little details im hospitality in the bathroom. I get the sustainability side of thinking but they have taken it to a level which feels more like cost saving.

Breakfast on Monday and Tuesday was not that great, there were not many pastries choices available, there was only one jam flavour, there were no pancakes apart from Sunday. I expected the breakfast to have the same standards every day. Pillows were quite old and stinky.

Comfy beds, clean curtains, no carpets in the room, 4 lifts available, spacious room and bathroom, good shower, good heating and hot water, cleaning when booked. Great breakfast on Sunday.

The bathroom. There is a shower in bath. The glass divider is so short that the bathroom get's wet. Also the pressure of the water is soft. Not easy to shower every morning. There was no fridge/minibar and no facility in the room to make a coffee/tea. The room was small and the chair wasn't comfortable to work on for a longer period of time. On the plus site, the lobby was great to work.

Nice location close to the city. There is a garage next to the hotel if you have a car. You can choose if you want your room cleaned. I was happy I could choose that it wasn't cleaned everyday. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and no waiting lines for coffee in the morning. The bed was great. No put-holes. Nice view as well from the room looking on the river.

Location was great, a train station was a very short walk away. A couple of supermarkets were close by, a laundry was also in a reasonable walking distance. The room was a good size and facilities are are appropriate to the hotel.

Unfortunately there was a heating and hot water outage (not hotel responsibility but their supplier) which was not pleasant and lasted the whole day and into the first hours of the night.

Excellent breakfast, spacious and quiet room. Location is very conveniently close to public transport and give you access to city centre and other points of interest. The neighbourhood is quiet.
