We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GreeceI think that if I had stayed more than a day, I would maybe miss a kitchen sink and maybe a small stove. But the microwave was enough for me, staying just for one night, and the bathroom sink was so clean with no signs of limescale, so you can use that instead.
The rooms are located in the centre of Viborg, close to the station, the main sightseeing, the market, and the stadium. The room I stayed in was very cosy and perfect for people who travel alone or are a couple or a pair of friends. It has a microwave and a small fridge which is really useful. And Anni is so sweet and friendly. :)

IcelandChecking in was a little confusing at first but it all worked out in the end. The only thing I didn’t like about the facilities was the pillow on my bed, it was extremelt uncomfortable. Other than that I have no complaints.
The property’s location was amazing, really close to the centre of the city. The facilities were really good and made you feel like you had your own cozy little apartment in downtown Viborg. The staff was very nice and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to have a cozy stay in Viborg.

DenmarkThe accommodation was okay but we felt cheated, whether by Booking.com or the host - I don’t know. Online we looked for and booked the room for two adults and a two year old, but it is clear that the room size, bed sizes and make-up of the room was never intended to include a child. It was emphasised by the host as the first thing when we arrived that the room was not comfortable for two adults and a child and we could just send an additional amount of money and then get a bigger room. That really pisses me off. We bought the room which they claimed was meant for three and then they assume they can just get more money out of us when we arrive and realise they cheated us. We stayed in the small room, but it was cramped and difficult. Otherwise the place was okay for two nights stay.
