The room was cold and filled with a kind of water in the air. The windows were all very wet and the frames were black! It was so cold. The water was running in the zink, and we could not close it.

Complicated system to get in the hotel after 9 pm. The keys are old fashioned and has to be left in the reception or carried with you (heavy). No telephone in the rooms. Beds not comfortable. No ar conditioned.

    Breakfast was OK.

The hotel is big, old and as a result - tired. I could not shut my blinds and there were no curtains - so I felt a bit like everyone could see into my room. The bathroom had a big glass door leading to the outside - again with no blind or curtain - so did not feel like I could change in there also. There was a very large cupboard - I could change in there without feeling like I was being watched!! I know it is not normal practice - but why don't you get tea and coffee facilities in the room - if you cant do much about the facilities - this little addition would go far.

The best thing about my stay was the staff - they were all really welcoming, helpful, engaged and basically really lovely! The cleaning staff did a great job - the hotel was really clean as was the laundry.

Inadequate parking, broken bedroom window, very poor bedroom standard, overall the hotel was run down, a great pity but I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone else.

Room was very hot, and facilities very basic. Breakfast was not great. - Knowing how good the quality normally is in Denmark, this was quite disappointing. I wish we had gone in to town for brunch instead.

Very friendly staff, good location. Quirky hotel. Be careful when reading the small print regarding checkin times. The hotel reception isn't always open, so you might have let yourself in using a code on the main door..

Parking difficult in front of the hotel, limited number of parking lots. However, parking is possible nearby in the city's free public parking area (5 mins walk from the hotel).

Nice old-fashioned hotel in the centre of the town. Friendly staff, good breakfast.

The painting at the top of the stairs on the first floor was very tasteless. Shower curtain was too small. Overall the interior needs to be spruced up and brought up to date.

Excellent choice of teas for breakfast. Lovely view from the room and very convenient location. Good contact to local car hire.

My favourite place to stay in this area. The loctation could hardly be better, the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit worn, but the ambience compensates for that.
