The automatic door at the entrance was malfunctioning sometimes.

Self - check in was very easy and fast. It was very quiet during the night.

The late check-in was not smooth. Even after providing all details and check in successful the machine did not dispatch the room key. Had to call the staff and manually enable the key, which took atheist 30mins after the arrival with a 3 year kid waiting in the lobby. The TV remote was not working, maybe the battery needed change, these should have been checked. The window curtains are not good sunlight insulators, and we were awake early morning (after a very late night sleep due to struggle with late check-in) as the sunlight was entering the room quiet bright.

The rooms were clean.

Late check in can be a challenge as there is no actual staff to help you out. You rather need to check in automatically and enter your details (which is a lot!) on a machine. When we arrived, the machine was not working properly and did not release our key cards. A few other guests who came in much earlier than we did were “stuck” as they couldn’t check in properly as well due to the machine failure and they couldn’t get hold of anyone from customer service. Also, room rates can be cheaper.

It was all good... there were some noisy clients during the night but otherwise it was fine.

Proximity to railway station... easy to go to copenhagen centre. Easy parking. Very close to restaurants and supermarket.

We arrived late, there was no reception and the only option was self checkin. This was done in a kiosk outside the hotel. The application is crappy, many bugs, asks for some information it shouldn't and doesn't accept Mastercard - despite saying it does. Combined with a misbehaving credit card (which, obviously, is not the hotel's fault), it made checkin miserable and very long (as for each failed payment attempt we had to start from scratch) at sub zero temperatures. The room (and the whole hotel) is very basic, the price not (but then again it's in Denmark).

The room was clean and adequately large. Heating was good (although the method to control it - turning the knob on the radiator - is outdated and hidden). Bed was good and pillow the right size. Location was good for us, as we were there for a business meeting nearby (but it's definitely not good if you want to visit Copenhagen). The only thing that was outstanding was the free parking (we had a car, needed in this location), which in Denmark you don't even find in your local supermarket.

Very minimal for the price. a place to sleep and shower. For the price, breakfast included would have been nice. We’re ate elsewhere as the price was too high. We had to get two rooms because there were no rooms to accommodate our family with four youth children.

Rooms were mostly clean.

Was a bit hot, but fan helped. We skiped breakfest as it relly dident look interesting . Coffy was good

We liked the way the room had a Bunkbed over the Queen bed. Creating "privacy" from kids.🙂

The bed is wished to be one single room instead of the two separate beds as I traveled alone. I didn't take the breakfast, but would be wondeful if the breakfast was included in the price.

I liked the staff and facilities of the room. Everything was comfortable and the area was quite.

Smoking shelter located just under windows, too close to the building in my opinion. Mattress too soft.

Cleanliness of the room upon arrival. Spacious breakfast room. Friendly reception staff.
