There should be better access to the tourist areas of Las Terraneas.

It’s a beautiful place and the service was very good. What should be offered or advertised is a shuttle into Las Terraneas. The hotels in the area should have an affiliation with restaurants and retail stores. The area should have more child friendly activities. We would come back again a beautiful area.

Loved our second stay here even more than the beautiful first stay. Beautiful, enchanting small hotel with sparkling clean pool and premises. Evenings are so pretty at the hotel. Staff was wonderful. In a lively area yet still very peaceful and quiet at the hotel. Steps away from the action. Breakfast was simple and lovely. Walking distance to restaurants. We chose to rent an ATV and drive 8-10 minutes to Las Ballenas Beach. Beautiful!!

Everything was good!

The property was lovely, colonial style with lots of flowers and a nice swimming pool. The room was big, with a nice open terrace. The staff was welcoming and they were speaking English!

We were placed in a one bedroom apartment, the appearance although very clean was average and it had a strong oder of smoke.

The appearance of the hotel is impressive, our balcony was beautiful and the pool was exceptional.

It is right across from the beach and close to many restaurants and night life places. It is very clean and quiet. The staff is very helpful and welcoming.

Facilities were in top shape…like new! Great maintenance job. The place is kept beautifully. Staff were incredibly nice. Breakfast excellent with lots of options. Great restaurants within a few meters. This is the best value in Terrenas by far!!!

Very intimate. Great location and even better staff. Great for people that want to enjoy getting to know the town, the beaches, doing excursions but also going back to a clean and comfortable room and drinks by a pool.

First floor apartments had plenty of mosquitoes maybe due to the moist spots left near the pool. The upper apartments did not experience this. Other than this it was very cozy.

WiFi was a bit annoying - slow. Also found sunbeds uncomfortable.

Huge pool, and close to the sea. Very spacious room, especially the covered terrace. Good location with many restaurants within walking distance. Lovely breakfast overlooking the sea with lots of fruit and good choices! Eg pancakes! We found some of the best souvenir shops in DR in this town!

The beach across the road is very close, but not very clean. It is not a big deal as we just walked down a ways and drove to other beaches that were really close by. It is still a great location and we enjoyed the walks on the beach, so not a deal breaker for us.

The hotel is in a good location to walk to placed for dinner, shopping, etc. You can also walk to different beach locations rather than go directly in front of the hotel. The breakfast was just right for us with coffee, juice, and teas, a small selection of fruits, breads/cakes, and toast. You can also order pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The pool area is nice and while we were there was not busy for most of the day, which was a great treat to be able to relax enjoy the pool. The room setup was perfect for us and was well cleaned with a nice little kitchen area for us to make a meal when needed. Our pets were welcomed by the staff and loved on them as if they were their own. It is a great location to walk on the beach and you can go pretty far if you like walking. We walked between Punta Popy and Las Ballenas Beaches a few times. We will definitely stay here again.
