Hola Amigo$! Every single person we met during our 8 day stay treated us as if we were family. It was authentic. The best restaurant staff out of any place I have ever been. You can expect the best food hats off to the chefs and kitchen help. The grounds crew starts and you do NOT hear loud machines rather happy folk steadily working on pools grounds floors rooms the place is spotless. This was my 9th trip over the past years and this will be my only destination because of how amazing the front desk and management were. Each morning you are greeted both ths days schedule and a warm Caribbean Dominican Republic morning. I wish I could be there as I write this and wish hope and pray all my friends are well 💯 stars 🌟. Due to the sargassum, there was a smell of sewage and we were unable to go into the sea water.

The property was clean, cozy, and as described. Located on a long stretch of beach, especially to the right.

The spa was still being built and the gym did not have air conditioning.

We had a wonderful stay at Bakour! After having to move from a previous hotel that was dirty and loud, this hotel was a refreshing change with clean rooms, a large and peaceful pool and beach, plus all inclusive restaurants and cafes. The highlight was the staff - Androver in particular was incredibly professional, friendly and attentive and made sure any issues were resolved promptly. We ended up recommended this hotel to some friends of ours who also had a wonderful stay. Thank you to Androver and the team for everything!

Unfortunately there is no chance to swim in the sea near the hotel because of the seaweeds :((( But you can go to the nearest beach (literally 3-5 minutes walk) near the next hotel and there is a chance to experience the Caribbean Sea.

The food was amazing 👌 Not very crowded hotel, we always had a lot of space near the pool, on the beach and in the restaurants.

The location. The beach itself was nice, the resort did a good job of keeping it clean. The water wasn’t good at all, you wouldn’t want to swim there.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bakour! The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and had a calm, welcoming vibe. The rooms were nicely kept, the pool area was great for relaxing, and the food was fresh, tasty, and offered good variety every day. One of the highlights of our trip was the outstanding service from the entire staff everyone we met was friendly, helpful, and made sure we felt at home. In particular, Luis Capellán Camareros, really stood out. He was always warm, professional, and attentive during meal times, making sure guests were well looked after with a smile. His genuine kindness and great energy added something special to our experience. We truly enjoyed our time at Bakour and would definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great hospitality and a relaxing stay!

Everything was great

The room and hotel were very clean. There was always staff around the pool cleaning. The staff were extremely friendly and kind. The food was great, with different cuisines each day. They also had a good snack bar. The beach by the hotel is also nice but there was lots of seaweed in June when we went so difficult to swim.

WiFi was a little unstable.

Place was just like on pictures or even better, staff are AMAZING. We had this young man helping us right from when we arrived until we left, he was very helpful and thoughtful. Every one was very polite and radiant. Would recommend the place for sure. Perfect for anyone looking for a nice and calm stay.
