Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe check in process MUST be streamlined. With just eight people in front of us we waited in line an hour and a half. Getting people tired of waiting is now way to start a vacation. Some sound insulation in the rooms would be nice, we were two floors above the music but it sounded like it was in our room. Normally we would be in bed by 8pm but with the music going until 10 or so, we weren't too happy.

United StatesMy 1st room 4411 had bugs in it, & was deteriorating around the counter area. Upon presenting a video to Guest Services (Front Desk), they changed my room. Room 5308 the bathroom door lock was busted, mold growing in the shower & sink area. There were no wash towels at all. Most of the Staff spoke Spanish only. I made the best out of it & still have a good time.
The design of the Resort was beautiful, most of the Staff was friendly however, they did not speak English. The all you can eat buffet was good & my room was furnished with water & drinks daily which was an added plus. I liked the Security around the Hotel which made me feel safe. Enjoyed the excursions too. I would recommend this resort & perhaps I can visit again.

United StatesMajority lot staff was very nice. Many people did not speak English which was hard. A couple of the bartenders did not want to make call drinks and were rude.
Food was pretty good the first night. Next two days left much room for improvement. Last night there was very good. So much of the dishes ere very similar and there was a lot of fish and seafood which I am allergic to. Also all restaurants were booked so we were stuck with buffet the entire time.

Canadathere were lots of staff not really doing anything. the food became monotonous by the 6th day. The bars were busy and the bar tenders were not really quick to serve customers. The drink orders were 60 percent wrong unless you asked for beer.

United StatesRooms not cleaned. Customer service was not good. Only people that can pick you up at the hotel are taxis or tour guides called by the hotel. No Ubers or Excursion are allowed in. They also don’t offer a way for you to get to the front gate which is like 1/2 mile away. Definitely not the customer service I was expecting. The Hotel has no A/C working in its restaurants, and the Night Club had A/C but was only felt briefly while guess were entering as door first opened. After 10 min. The club seemed like a sauna. Food at the reserved restaurants with no A/C, was not worth the visit. You get better food at the buffet dinners.
