No complaints. Bed pillows, mattress, bed linens could be upgraded. I don’t think they had protectors on them. Otherwise my stay was fine.

Charming, large, rustic, clean, sweet staff, close to everything. I was able to cook just fine in the stocked kitchen. Oven was broken. It is in el barrio. Supermarket, fast food, bank all within 6 minute walk. I didn’t have any issues.

We are more than one person , and they give only one magnetic card ( key ) for the door . When i go out of the Hotel , sometimes i have to wait outside several minutes at the street because the have nobody in the office .

I think the furniture could be more comfortable in case you want to sit in the living room and watch a movie or TV.

I liked that the air conditioning kept the bedrooms cool in the night and we had a full apartment with kitchen utensils there already. I liked that their was still hot water for the shower even at night time. I liked that its quiet and peaceful. And also I had an issue with my booking but Raquel took care of that she is wonderful give her a raise!

location is nowhere near the beach you got to take a 15 min uber ride to get to downtown and a 30 min ride to the beaches/touristy areas its located city center --- which means "locals city center" not the tourists spots so just be aware of that otherwise i was ok with havin a grocery really close to the property

It would have been great to have AC in the lounge area in place of the fan. A better couch, the one we had was completely sunken and uncomfortable and lastly constant hot water in the shower, we found that it ran for the first minute or so, then ran cold for the rest of the shower.

well furnished and spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, big fridge, AC (bedroom only) and large hammock in porch area. The staff team are friendly and helpful - they helped us book an excursion for a really good price including transportation. There is on site parking and plenty of street parking, the swimming pool is a good size and you can always find space to lounge around the pool. The local supermarket is less than a 5 min drive, with plenty of options.

They offered an airport shuttle service that ended up costing $25, which was three times more expensive than the Uber ride we could've spent to get there. Totally a rip off. Avoid the airport shuttle pick up unless they tell you it's free. The apartment was nice and big with a hammock and the shopping center is nearby, however some of the sheets weren't the cleanest and a lot of the doors were broken. There also wasn't any hot water.

This apartment complex isn't too far away from the airport which is why we stayed there. A cleaning fee of $25 was a bit much considering that the room itself only cost $13.

Nice place. beautiful pool. Cute location. Its not much to do in punta cana in general so i recommend to rent a car since its long distances. If you have enough money with you there is always attractions like going to saona island for aprox 60 dollars, buggy for 45 dollars and coco bongo for 90 dollars. Its far from the beach so you will need to take a uber or walk more than 1 hour. Dont take the taxis because its doubled price. The uber is soooo much cheaper. The owners of the building are from spain and they were such a nice couple. They had kittens and allowed us to play with them. Suuuper cute. Enjoy your trip and yes its worth visiting this place! we stayed here 3 days and then went to a all inclusive. Both its worth it, but i would definitely recommend all inclusive!!

The beds need upgrading and also the sofa was a bit hard for my liking. We stayed there for 3 weeks so we changed our unit and unfortunately it had lots of ants, but they did come out to take care of it. lastly is having them change your bedding and towels was a struggle, but if you have patience and give some cash to your cleaners you'll get faster service.

Our 2 bedroom suite was cute. I liked that it had 2 washrooms in the unit. Having a a full kitchen was very handy. The best part was the the food delivery service, they bring food right to your door step. Last is the grocery store is walking distance, but walking home with bags of groceries in the heat is not fun. So taking a Uber or taxi are both accessible.

We stayed for one night, because we had a changed flight. So for one night it’s a nice place, if you don’t want to spend too much money. And about the lady from the Reception… she knows ENGLISH and she can be very kind. I think those people that wrote bad things about her, need to change their attitude, because she really helped us and was good to us.

Staff couldn't be bothered with the guests. I had to try to call and write staff several times to be checked in. A member of staff noticed that the light in the bathroom didn't worked and promised someone who stop by next day to fix it; it never happened

Got told to leave our room after one day just to be send back to the same one as the hotel was fully booked. Staff didn't speak any English and didn't try even a bit.

The AC is miserable and only works for the bedroom. The "gym" is just a set of bars for pull ups. The pool looked very foggy, and wasn't chlorated. The location is underwhelming, with not a lot around you can do, so be prepared to either rent a car or uber your way around. I got charged 22 USD on arrival for the shuttle service which should have been complimentary.

Staff was amazing and very accommodating. I have travelled with a toddler and they have provided a crib. The apartment was fair sized and the kitchen was well stocked for our 15 days stay. The property is well maintained, clean and safe. The price was quite cheap for our stay.
