My only complaint is a small one, but something the front desk staff should keep in mind when checking in any guests. The lobby was not busy at the time I checked in, but feeling secure in your surroundings is very important. As a woman traveling alone with a young child I wasn't too happy when the front desk person called out my room number rather than showing it to me on the key envelope. Just a reminder about maintaining the privacy of your guests.

The free onsite (covered) parking was very nice to have. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, and the bedspread was the perfect weight - we could sleep with the temperature in the room turned down and still be comfortable under our bedding. The breakfast buffet was the best I have ever had. Great selection, excellent quality.

In the weekends, it was quite noisy with guests and discotheque.

Central, comfortable room with good air conditioning. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Breakfast not included with the price

Staff was good, hotel was good usually all of the hotels i been to have breakfast included. I was surprices when this one told me it didnt have that.

Music at the pool should not have been so loud

Get more variety of food in breakfast and less fat food. Rooms need to have wardrobe and update stands for luggage.

Quiet rooms, even when corridors and room have floor in ceramic.

Wifi in room where I resided was bad. Communication with the technical person was not possible because he didn't speak English.

Location was right in the prime area of the city. Was able to get to places with ease and not have to worry about much traffic. The hotel staff was amazing and I felt secured with staff that were in the parking area. They made sure that I got into and out of my ubers safely and even when I went for walks in the area. I will definitely be staying here when I return.

The restaurant with the added in 10% for service but the wait staff kept telling us we still needed to leave a tip. We didn't learn till later that we DID NOT have to leave a tip.

Roof top bar and pool. Front desk very helpful AND they spoke English which was a BIG help.

- gym is a tiny - Rooms have old furniture and TV reception in not that great - only one staff Diego is very polite and helpful rest all done even bother to talk to you if you do not speak in Spanish - 8th floor night club is horrible , more of a pickup place - in the night you can hear those making out noise from another room .

its a clean property and rooms are spacious . Cleaning staff are good and they make sure they clean the room well - There is a restaurant Sula Villa before you enter the hotel , food here is very good and good ambience

I wish there was an ice machine located either on the floor or even in the lobby. I did not want to keep bothering room service for ice each time I needed it.

I enjoyed the restaurant, rooftop pool area, and the rooftop lounge! Amazing amenities!!! The hotel location was also a plus- close proximity to shopping and dining. Staff was bilingual which was very helpful!!

The street noise is significant. Get a room on the interior. The parking is useful but inconsistent. The room is nice, house keeping is efficient and restaurant is convenient.

Location was very good for locals (eg. it's far from Zona colonial). Staff was attentive.
