SwedenI booked this place and it was terrible! The first room was full of mold and had an dangerous smell! They changed to another room with was in the same condition!! And to hide the mold they just painted it over but because of the condition the paint felt of to the bed and the whole room. Also the room was so dirty. I talked to booking to get refound because I had to book another place last minute. Both they and I tried to contact the place but they don’t answer! I’m very disappointed and hade the worst experiences ever at this place and also got sick because of the smell. Dont book this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

United StatesThe hotel has water filtration issues all over the place. You can see water spots on the walls and ceiling. The room had a terrible smell, we had to air it out. Luckily we had a portable fan that we placed blowing out in the bathroom all night.If I had to stay more than 1 night I wouldn't had stayed.

United StatesLow morale in staff, only one member who spoke broken English was of any value and use, they really are useless and would much rather sigh in your face than have to actually help you, you paid for the room but, please don't ask us staff anything. The distance to anything is quite far it's not very central to anything is and nothing is within walking distance, you're looking at a 15 to 25 minute drive by uber to any worthwhile attraction. The water was cold for 3 days even informing them nothing changed, they said to let it run for 3 - 5 minutes I ran it for 22 minutes, nothing changed. The bathroom ceiling is busying caving in, but to their credit they are busy in other rooms with restorative work from what I could see. The wifi from the many wifi points you can connect to, was so slow and sluggish you could not even stream a podcast, or view a video on YouTube without it buffering, I ran a speed check and it was around 2-3mbps which is nuts and is too small for a establishment of its size. They gave me a new room after the 1st room couldn't be locked, how do they expect you to stay in a room that can't lock? I mentioned it and the staff member was looking at me as if I was the dumbass, I felt like I could rub her nose in it because apparently she couldn't care less, or even understand why I was moaning about the fact I had a door that can't lock, the new room you had to jiggle the key and play with it a bit to get it to lock, after entering the room, I found dry green snot stripes on the pillow cases, the blankets smelled unwashed.
They gave me a different room because the door lock was broken on my 1st room, I liked the AC that was fantastic, the TV did not work and the wifi was shitty, but it has a certain charm to it. Oh and the food probably gave me diarrhea, but at least it was cheap.
