I was upgraded to a privileged room because it was my birthday and it just wasn’t as clean as I thought it should be. The floor needed to be mopped BAD. We didn’t even walk around the room without shoes then some of the towels that were given to us were stained/dirty.

The staff was AMAZING and so friendly!! There was always an activity to do/some sort of entertainment. The food at the buffet was alright but, all of the restaurants that weren’t buffet style had really good food.

Having staff people insisting and chasing you every morning to take you to the timeshare membership talk was very annoying.

The place was beautiful, the food options were abundant. The best place to eat was the japanese restaurant. The beach was almost private.

I was disappointed that I paid for privilege and did receive privileged benefits , but was not provided a privilege room. We were given a non privileged room that did not include all amenities we were told we would receive

2nd year here and all was wonderful. Staff is always so kind and gracious. Property is neat and clean and the entertainment always fun

only 2 lanes of the 6 bowling lanes running, ping pong table broken, archery opens and closes too quickly, only 2 to 3 flavors of ice cream and works just at nighttime

Beach is small and not at all nice. Very difficult to get a reservation for any of the thematic restaurants, air conditioning is horrible throughout the hotel including restaurants. We were in a privileged honeymoon suite where the AC was great but had friends in 3 different buildings where their rooms were soooo warm! Our room got flooded twice because of AC leaking, we also had bad water pressure. Privilege staff including butler were not helpful at all, we got better attention from the regular staff. They make you take a tour that lasts 3 hours to sell you basically their priority benefits, waste of my vacation time, I had read about it so I refused but our friends got trapped.

The general staff (bartenders ((especially Manuel at the pool)), waiters, drivers) were great, excellent entertainment staff, steakhouse restaurant was the best, pool side cooking was delicious especially Dominican day, pool entertainment was also great.

Sometimes i couldn't find vacant sunbeds on the beach. In the evening some restaurants were close to early and I couldn't visit them because it was full

Lovely property. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff are amazing, so friendly. Easy to walk around - though about 1 mile to walk the full resort - and very safe.

The SPA is completely overpriced. The souvenir shop is overpriced also. Steak house restaurant is not friendly for customers alone, always "no place inside" even if inside are free places but for a couple or a company they always will find the table.

Nice hotel, clean and maintained rooms. Very good main restaurant. The coffee house is perfect!

beach water was very dirty people couldn’t swim the only thing I didn’t like my group and I spent 4 hours in the lobby before they gave us a room because Booking.com didn’t change the modification for the room 3 people to 2 people wanted to over charge me I was on the phone with booking for hours with them you guys were blaming each other. thanks a lot
