Place had no windows, felt claustrophobic, internet super slow and that was a problem; breakfast was simply a disaster, opted for getting my own nearby.

Cleanliness can be improved, communication with the customer regarding chech in/check out; and some insect nets would be really helpful.

The check-in was a bit problematic because the host did not communicate clearly in which building we are staying. The breakfast was ok and served to the room but it was small and everything was in plastic packaging. For luggage hold for the day, we had to walk to another hotel and leave our things there

It is a clean, spacious and well-equipped apartment in the heart of Santo Domingo's old town. The space was clean and the host was helpful when it came to questions about the city and transport

There were only two towels available (non for hands) and no kitchen towel. So we could not dry the dishes we used. Also the floors were not very clean and the check in and communication was a bit strange. About the check in: the information could have been sent earlier - prior the check in and not when we are waiting outside at the door in the heat, with heavy bags. But overall for the paid price it was a good stay.

Location was great, the bed and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was small but tasty. Overall a good stay with only a few easy improvable things...

The lady didn't tell me the password for wifi and the front door. And when I was going to leave the house, no one was there and I couldn't open the door. It took me a while to figure out how to get out.

There is no reception. The password to the door of the room was given by the lady working there, who is very friendly.

Great and beautiful location, clean, comfortable, safe, provided a crib as promised. Staff very responsive. The only negative thing is the breakfast that is very small and gets delivered at any time in the morning, maybe not the time that YOU want to wake up.

Great location to visit the colonial city of Santo Domingo! The building has a nice terrace on the rooftop with a view on the charming streets around-perfect for breakfast outdoors. The apt was spacious and comfortable and Joab was very helpful

The Parking can become tedious due to narrow space.

The property is well kept, the location is Amazing and the surroundings are beautiful. The breakfast was good and the host was responsive. You can walk to almost everywhere in the heritage area from this property. This 100% recommend this stay!

The host, Joab, was very communicative, helpful, and made our time there enjoyable and comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Zona Colonial, and the check in and check out process was easy. All in all, definitely worth the money.

The Wi-Fi was terrible. It seems it was due to some construction in the area.

Beds are very comfortable, and the location is great since it’s in the colonial zone, just 4 blocks from the cathedral. Excellent and very professional staff.
