I would have given a complete 10 except for cigars!😞 we came for fresh air n sunshine. When one lights up a cigar, it lasts all day and permeates the entire area forcing carcinogenic (cancer causing) 2nd hand smoke to non-smokers. Cigars literally make me sick to my stomach. I noticed others pick up and leave the area too. To top it off, cigars venders come constantly encouraging ones to buy and light up. We thought to make this a vacation every 6 months until we were forced away from our relaxed section by cigar smokers. So Now, we are seeking alternatives. One other suggestion would be for the kitchen buffet scramble area to label casseroles, sauces, soups, etc as vegetarian if made without meat and/or meat stock/oils. There are More and more vegetarians in this world. We avoided many foods because we weren’t sure if it had meat and we are lifetime vegetarians

Loved the room 5013! Super view!! Loved the variety of fruits, veggies, pasta, breads, dining room staff and cleanliness! Flowers were beautiful around the walkways on the property. Room service was super! Neat and clean property! Activity staff were GREAT! Loved the open, airy lobby!

Food and drinks were generally bland, half the pool was closed during my stay due to construction (no prior notice), gym has no AC so the equipment is rusty (but usable), Wifi is terrible except in the lobby and gym, entertainment was pretty basic

Beach was beautiful (albeit a bit narrow), nice pool, walkable sized resort, landscaping and buildings were pretty, wide variety of food and drinks, good AC in rooms, great price compared to competitors

The rooms were in great need of modernisation bathroom fittings old, furnature in rooms old.Had to pay for a lock for safe (this was an all inclusive holiday) this was 2 different ground floor rooms where you could not lock the sliding balcony doors.Also one of the pools was being rebuilt.

All food was very good drinks of all kind were good.

The weight room was unsafe, The weights were rusted and broken and outdated. I was very disappointed. one of the pools needed work so it was shut down. They need to buy new pool tables they were old and not leveled properly.

All the restaurants at locations foods were outstanding. Everyday they had a variety of foods that you taste buds would enjoy. The shows at VIK Hotel was very nice.

Air conditioning was not real good but did reduce humidity. Lots of people cleaning tables, no one served coffee or water at the buffett. Wifi./Internet was limited and slow.

Food was above average. Location of the room in building 5 was great. The room was cleaned daily and the house person (Hilda ) was really pleasant.

Could have more activities around the pool, more music to entertain the guests. Same at night, was nothing else other than dinner.

Stuff is just great. Food is good and everything else. Rooms are a little noisy but nothing they can do. I will come back to the same hotel on our next visits. Thanks all the stuff for the great treatment, excellent people.

Bathroom and shower was a little small, the AC was not cool enough for me. Wifi worked in some areas.

The breakfast and the food on a whole was good. I enjoyed my stay. Room was spacious, housekeeping came by daily. Very friendly staff
