The owners are always there and very professional. The staff is very dedicated and professional. Special thanks to "Cesar" for all his help. The location is beach front and an ideal spot.

My mejor issue was the sparse breakfast selections. Despite asking for soft scrambled eggs Always hard. Ham and eggs meager ham. No jam or jelly. POS system sometimes would accept card other only cash

There was two mattresses on top of each other (?????) And the biger one was on top so whole night you had a feeli g of falling down. Why have you done it? Also lady from reception offered us a taxi service to airport for 30usd saying its a very good price. After all she said that her friend will take us to the airport for 25$. We came with uber and paid 11$ and we took it back to airport for 12$ so don't be fool and don't loose your money

The hotel required cash payments for the room. This was a huge inconvenience and quite odd since u had stayed here on twonprior occasions and paid with a credit card.. I had to go to the ATM machine to withdraw funds with several cards. Initially, the owner said they accepted credit card payments, and then minutes later, a staff member told me the owner said to only take cash payments. Another staff member verified that the owner indeed said this. I received multiple different answers as to why they took cash only. The electricity goes out often, but there is a backup system that works well.

The location is excellent. I stayed in a room with a balcony and sea view. The hotel just completed building a nice pool. It is a few stops to the beach. There were three very nice staff members there who were professional, Cesar, Kimberly and Carlos. Food I ordered from the kitchen when friends arrived was delicious.

Not the problem of the hotel but be wary of the guys right in front of the hotel telling you you need to pay to park there. Overall very good.

The water only trickled out of the shower head. That needs to be cleaned with rust calcium cleaner or replaced. Also no wash cloths. Need some. And the sheets could have looked cleaner

The rooms were a little outdated.

The property was clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The service was excellent. The location was amazing and the drinks were perfect. I loved the huts on the sand.

The toilet in the room was not working, highlighted it to the staff but not response. Only coffee available at breakfast, no tea at all.

The location was great, breakfast was delicious- however just one type of food.
