We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

FinlandInternet very erratic; on-off all the time. Hotel is expensive, but you get what you have paid.
Staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Yousra and Yusuf. Thank you. We got free room upgrade, also had a chance to visit sauna. They organised also a sightseeing taxi for us to see Algiers. Breakfast was grand, lots of food to eat. Very beautiful room, clean and comfortable. Coffee, tea and water in the room; also welcome drinks and coffee & croissants available in the lobby. Supermarket and lots of cheap fast food places just next to the hotel. Parking garage was good.
