My stay at Saguamby was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was beautiful and the food from the restaurant was delicious.

The rooms in the pictures look larger than they actually are, but we had a great stay and loved our large terrace. The water for the bath had a lot of sand in it, maybe a filter can help.

Staff was excellent, bubble bath a plus. Location near the river is very beautiful. Breakfast is huge and well made. They have a restaurant for dinner too, but reserve ahead, they're not open if there's no reservation. Dinner was good. The garden is beautiful and has a lot of birds, the terrace that looks out on the river is a nice spot.

It was a bit more expensive than I would normally spend while traveling. Not that it wasn’t worth it. In the States, that room would have easily cost 3-4x what I paid.

The room I stayed in was beautiful and comfortable. I really felt like I was spoiling myself. The river was loud, but for me that was a benefit. The property felt so peaceful. The breakfast and other food from the restaurant was delicious. It is a short distance from town. For me, the perfect walking distance to enjoy the scenery.

Everything. Room was incredible. I asked them to decorate the room for my partners birthday and it was incredible. We were too late coming home from a tour for dinner and one of the staff organised pizza for us, they really went above and beyond. Beautiful spot, definitely recommend.

The river was a lot noisier than we realized it would be so it never got quiet. The jacuzzi tub took literally hours to fill up so wasn't worth the premium. The view was nice however.

Breakfast was really good. The staff were all very nice & attempted to be helpful at all times. The room was clean although a little worn but the bed was very comfortable & plenty of hot water.

Our room was on the second floor and it would have been nice to have someone assist us with our luggage.

The location was within walking distance of Mindo but felt very private. The grounds were beautiful and serene. The river was so close and its sound was so relaxing. Breakfast was wonderful. We ate dinner there one night and it was very good. The staff was very helpful. The room was wonderful. We felt like we were in paradise .

We had one of the suites that overlooked the river and it was absolutely magical. The room had everything you could want and all you could hear was the sound of the water. The breakfast was the best we had anywhere in Ecuador, very filling, different everyday and absolutely delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Enid and Xavier. There are lots of activities they can attange and both the birdwatching with Peter and the visit to the butterfly park nearby (25 min enjoyable walk) were well worth doing.

A really gorgeous property with an excellent breakfast. The room felt like a giant treehouse, complete with a hammock on the balcony! Very peaceful and serene place to unwind in Mindo. The restaurant food was delicious, and the included breakfast was amazing (and filling!).
