Wish we had more than 4 days to stay

The location of the newly refurbished hotel is perfect, very close to the main street, pier and food kiosks. Breakfast starts early at 6AM so you can make it before you leave for the many island boat tours. Digital bracelets enable front door entrance, room and safe access. Good A/C, TV and WiFi connection. There is a small fridge in the room, along with refillable water bottles that you can fill besides the pool (there is also a coffee station). Also there are a couple of cloth backpacks, you can get some groceries from the supermarket by the pier. Byron and Marco made sure we were comfortable and also fulfilled our transport to Baltra airport.

Beautiful rooms, gorgeous building. Delicious breakfast, helpful staff and they had baggage storage which was very helpful before we got the afternoon boat.

Absolutely perfect boutique hotel. Recently renovated impeccable and spacious rooms. A cosy courtyard with a pool and little spaces to relax. The location is excellent few minutes walk to the pier of Puerto Ayora for all excursions, the closest to the walk to Tortuga bay and a lovely restaurant next door. Byron the manager was attentive to every request and accommodated all our requirements including a generous early check in and helped with all sorts of recommendations. A complimentary pick up is included and was perfectly organized. Really could not ask for a better place.

Wow! We loved our stay here, we were a group of 4 backpackers celebrating a 30th birthday and this hotel was perfect! The junior suite was gorgeous and the staff so lovely! They even gave our friend a personalized complimentary gift for her birthday! Great dinner and drinks recommendations also from the staff! The mini bar in the suite was also complimentary and had free tea and coffee by the pool! Also lovely breakfast! Thank you for an amazing stay!

The room was a good size and king bed. The price was on par with other places we stayed, just everything is expensive in the Galapagos, all the islands. But very friendly staff and the breakfast was really nice.

The pillows are hard.

The location is fabulous. Close to everything yet on a quiet street. Breakfast is full and hot cooked. The rooms are clean and well furnished. Lots and of little perks like snacks, drinks, and water bottles. The manager and staff are very friendly and helpful with tour suggestions. Would highly recommend and would go back.

Best hotel we stayed at on Galapagos! Totally renovated during 2022, nice, beautiful, relaxing. Friendly and helpful staff and lovely owner. Breakfast was great. Great attention to details such as towels that we could bring to the beach, free snacks, refillable water bottle etc.

We liked everything.

We had a lovely three night stay at this delightful hotel. The Santa Fe is central but just far enough away from the main streets to be quiet. it is beautifully designed, with a little pool and pleasant seating areas. We had a deluxe room with a comfortable balcony. The room had a fridge and free snacks. The breakfast was good and the staff really helpful. We had laundry done and the hotel stored a suitcase for us while we went on a cruise.

Generous with free things. Comfortable. New and modern feel. Early breakfast. You wear Fitbit-like watch as the key. Hangars outside to hang clothes to dry.

Excellent location, service and breakfast provided. Location is very close to the Tortuga Bay and also very close to downtown without any noise from the city. The receptionist was very helpful and assisted us with any task or question we had. We needed laundry and it cost us two or three dollars with full service and delivery to the room. The room was very nice with everyday cleaning services provided. Overall, highly recommended place to stay.

Being picky here but the chairs on the balcony were a bit dusty. Otherwise all good.

The garden was very well maintained with a relaxing vibe. We stayed on the second floor and the King bed room with balcony was great. The breakfast was wonderful. Location couldnt have been better - it is 2minutes walk off the main road and on the way to the famed Tortuga beach. Overall it was a very nice small hotel!

it’s more of an economy property so with that comes the quality of rooms. personally I had no issues, though the shower didn’t run hot my first day and the woman checked it to say it did work. the filter water in the pool area stopped working so I had to message the front desk to fix it. they said it was fixed but still broken. came back later and it was working. it’s a tad further out from the town center than other places we stayed.

nice ambiance around the pool area. breakfast was good and plentiful and if you’re in a rush they can help you take it to go. wifi was pretty decent for Galapagos standards. woman running the place was helpful and accommodating though mostly in Spanish. for solo travel this was a pretty good place that didn’t break the bank but wasn’t a luxury spot either. close to tortuga bay entrance and the port as well. beach/pool towels available though I never saw anyone using the pool and didn’t try it myself.

The crew were excellent with good will for every thing we asked for. The location is perfect. The breakfast was rich in fresh fruit and eggs, cheese and coffee, so you can start the day right after without looking for entertaining else. Perfect.

We enjoyed our stay the Santa Fe. The hostess was very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. The swimming pool was a bonus as the temperature was extremely hot in February and us Northerners are not use to these temps.

I feel bad about the rating because we had a great experience at the location. BUT… the taxes and fees were over $1000 more than were disclosed. That is unethical practice! If your traveling a long distance you don’t want surprises when you arrive

No telephone in the room - No option to communicate with reception without going to the reception Most of the time no one is in the reception. I tried to use the bell without any answer The pool is dirty and cannot be used Most basic breakfast No table in the room. No place to work with the laptop No drinking water in the room. You need to go to the reception to fill your bottle No Laundry services. I got all of this (except pool) in previous hotel for 60$ per night For 120$ per night, I expect much more !!
