A taxi is required to get to the main city

The place is higher than the main city and it was a great shelter during the tsunami alert. They sent a driver to take us from the city at night and this was helpful. The room is big , tasty breakfast . Pleasant to stay.

I liked everything.

The breakfast was lovely with beautiful fresh fruit. When we arrived, the host sorted a cab for Porta Aroya (Santa Crus Island) where we spent the day. The hotel is located in beautiful quiet surroundings with plants. We only spent one day and night, but it would have been nice to stay longer. The hosts were helpful and organised a taxi to the Baltra airport.

I hated to leave.

I adored my time here. I would have loved to stay more days. The property is so beautiful and comforting. The staff was so kind and accommodating. The food was great. They arranged all tours and transportation. They even did our laundry. I can't wait to come back.

The bedroom did not have air-conditioning, and coordinating pickups was complex, as they tried to sell additional services, with unclear costs.

We were provided a wonderful meal the first night we arrived; the cost was not shared with us until we received the notification on our bill the following day. The meal was amazing, so I don't want to reflect negatively on that. It's just a good idea to let guests know ahead of time what they will be paying.

Jose provided excellent recommendations for economic tours - he made the arrangements for us and explained what would make our short visit most meaningful.

The staff is wonderful and clearly enjoy what they do. Because it is away from the busyness of the downtown area, it has a quiet retreat feel. I also enjoyed seeing the garden from my room.

Maybe a mosquito net because I saw some mosquito flying next to me and fan during summer time.

Its quite and far from noisy crowd. The sound of forest and animals are the only sound I hear.

‼️‼️‼️ It was my dream to visit Galapagos Islands, it became a nightmare and trauma 😭😭😭 Please, read the whole review!!!

This place is a complete scam and a waste of money, nothing is true to what is said in the presentation and neither are the pictures. The location is in the middle of nowhere and you are forced to eat overpriced and small portions of home cooking, what they call a "restaurant ". The whole place is like a floor-to-ceiling construction site, which is full of mold. The mold starts in the garden and the whole building is full of it, even the bed felt wet. We didn't even want to take a shower because there was mold everywhere and it immediately started affecting our breath. Also, at night the place is full of black worms that come from everywhere; from holes in the wall and under doors, to spend the night. The atmosphere is twisted and strange. Upon arrival, we were shown three different apartments, all of which were unfinished. In the end we got 2 different, half rooms, which were empty, they didn't even have a wardrobe, just beds. The "fully equipped" kitchen was a sink, we got some extras when we asked for them: 4 plates, cutlery and 2 cups that we didn't do anything with because there wasn't even a microwave. We got the refrigerator and the safe by asking. At the same time, we were sold "island tours" for 300€/person, which our friends got from the travel store in Puerto Ayora for 30€/person. A creepy place, like from a horror movie and a truly traumatizing experience. We don't understand how booking.com usually even markets such a place, at least it doesn't take responsibility for anything. This place shouldn't exist, they are playing with people's health...(whole Galapagos Islands is just a robbery though...)

it’s 10 min far away from the downtown, take you there is $5 trip. one thing I didn’t like is my watch missed in the hotel. called them but said it was not there. so keep your things very well. the bed have to change cause they are old but all days are clean when you back at night

1. No welcome from the owner. The only sentence pronounced was: please pay asap. 2. Location is isolated. 3. No staff except 1 lady who doesn't speak any other language except local Spanish. 4. No menu. Food is provided without any choice. 5. No extra blanket. 6. Not clean. 7. NO VALUE FOR MONEY. 8. The pictures do not represent reality.. This is not a hotel!! Just people providing a location to get money. Not even worth 1 star !!!!
