Although not far from the Town centre, some of the wooden houses along the road leading to the hotel are dilapated, thus giving the impression of a run down area. On the whole the area is safe and the mix of refurbished houses with very old ones is just typical of most towns in Estonia.

Good location for the Town centre, the old Town and the shopping centres. Also, close to the bus station. Rooms vary in size but most seem to be large with a small settee for added comfort. Good Estonian Buffet breakfast.

Little bit cold in the rooms, even radiators (heaters) were switched to max hot. Outside temperature was - 13°C and these were roof rooms, maybe this was the reason. Free internet password should ask in the reception.

Free car parking. Quite close to the center. Two rooms were separated with doors, so easy walking without going out in the corridor. Microwave oven, small fridge in one room. Hot water in the shower.

    * next to a pub, so getting ANY sleep on a weekend is NOT an option * pillows are below par, literally stuffing the pillowcase full of my own clothes was better * there were weird silvery bugs crawling on the floor * a properly sized culture of black mold in the bathroom * shampoo was not included, so the listing lied, they charge for it :D * paper walls, I got to hear every cough from my neighbours * no AC, had to open the window, which let all the street noise in

In the family room you will hear not only rain, but all your neighbours and some noise from the restaurant.

The hotel is located in a standalone brick building which looks like a small medieval house. It has two parking areas, free of charge. Walk 10 minutes to AHHAA, plus 10 minutes to the Town Hall Square.

For this amount to pay I expected much more quality and comfort, or at least it shoud be in the very center of city. Though you can find cheaper apartments (probably the same or higher quality) in the very center of Tartu. Eventhough the hotel is approx. 1 km away from the center of Tartu.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was pretty good. Aitah!

Wonderful hotel. Staff go out on a limb to help guests. Fridge and microwave in every room. This hotel is in a quiet location, yet right beside the Hansa Hotel where you can find music, food and a bar. Perfect homely hotel that would be hard to beat.

    No negatives.

I really enjoyed this hotel. I'm doing a "Belgium to Baltic" road trip and staying at a mixture of Booking.com and Airbnb places in the £20-40 per night budget and this is simply the nicest place I have stayed so far for the budget. The receptionist was really helpful and friendly, the room was nice and clean. It was about a ten minute walk to the centre. Off-road parking in the hotel courtyard, with a covered smoking area, for those that indulge.

Not so strong Wi-Fi signal in the room. Should wait connection and upload of the web pages.

Free parking. Near (10-15 min walking) from the centre of Tartu. To the other side (10 min walking) food market Rimi. Next to the hotel good place to eat.

The place is really close to the centre (approximately 10 min walking). The room was warm, clean and neat. We liked our stay there! The hotel has its own parking zone.

Could have been decorated more cozy.

Newly furnished, nice bathroom, everything was clean. Very late check-in was absolutely no problem for the reception!

Place is quite far from town centre. They left the window open so the room was full of mosquitos. Walls and ceiling are thin and you can see other guests noises.

Room was comfortable. Nice value for price paid
