Although there are two phone numbers for the spa on the website it's almost impossible to get through. Nail services in salon atmosphere, would of preferred more of a spa feel there to. Spa reception/ waiting area could be nicer if made more relaxing like downstairs relaxation area.

Great massages, nice saunas, great pools for children to enjoy. Nice relaxation area to enjoy after massage/ facial.

The room could have been a bit bigger.

Hospitality of staff, made you feel at home. Comfortable access from the room to spa. Great variety of saunas and a medium-deep pool for children over 4- as the baby pool is already too shallow.

Room could have been a little bit bigger, the spa was very crowded (but i guess that just shows how much people like there)

Room was nice and clean, mattresses extremly soft, saunas and sauna ritual were nice. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. I really enjoyed my treatments and it is nice that they have this leasure room where you can drink tea and chill a little bit afterwards, i think i liked that the most. Breakfast had a wide choice for everyone, but there wasn't much room to sit (maybe we hit the most popular time?)

Somewhat cold in the spa and in the pool. You have to walk in the robe through the 4th floor of a shopping mall to get to the spa, which felt uncomfortable.

Great room with a jacuzzi and a glass wall. Right in the center of Tartu. Great for kids. Vegan selection in the restaurant menu.

Room was not clean. Not enough places at Fresco to have dinner (some weird reservation system - but plenty of tables were empty, without customers). No good vibe overall.

Breakfast exceeded expectations (compared with other similar SPAs), very good playground for children

No one was able to fix the cold bathroom floor heating (not so fun during wintertime), had to chase the personnel who weren’t very interested in finding solutions for the problem. Spa and breakfast area really crowded and therefore seems it is a bit hard to manage for the stuff members.

Rooms are nice and the spa area is nice but very crowded during weekend daytime. Early morning and late evening are a gem.

Hotel was overcrowded, was especially noticeable in swimming pools and saunas.

Hotel is in the very center of Rakvere. Nice surrounding for short city walking. Many eating places to visit if hotel restaurants are full (as was the case when we stayed there)

AC in the room was set permamently at 26,5 - too hot for my family. And for some reason there were no amenities in the bathroom despite a shower cup! - a bit dissapointed with that..

The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The breakfast is pretty good, large variety for all tastes avaliable. The coffee makers are a good quality. Staff at the reception was very helpful. Especial thanks to reservations lady - all my bookng changes were made quickly and smoothly.

    Bar was always empty

This was a comfortable and modern hotel right in the center of town, about a five minute walk to either the bus station or castle. The room included access to the huge sauna and pool center with multiple options for both. The restaurant was fairly good.

A shower drainage can be improved, also the rooms will benefit from having proper double beds, not two single beds put together and equipped with two single blankets. It will feel much more comfortable if there would have been a single key-card to enter the room and the water center.

Very friendly staff, beautiful decor, very good sauna center and water park, good breakfast, good playrooms for kids and a nice present for kids at the check-in

It was very crowdy, because hotel was full (keap in mind its very big hotel) so you have to choose wise when to go to the spa. Rooms look bit cheap, we got room with view of wall. So no view at all. Good that it was only for one night. Restaurant looked very fancy and we expected high quality- duck filet was like ruber and ribs to salty and too much fat. Wine by the glass at least few days opened already, but cocktail was really great.

Hotel is quite modern with spa and restaurants. Staff friendly and welcoming. Underground and open parking for guests. Good breakfast.

Rooms are very small, and are not the same as on photos from the hotel. We had a room with a roof view, so we saw only roof of the building. Room itself has broken furniture, fungus or mildew in the bathroom and bugs on the wall. Fiore restaurant is hugely overpriced as the hotel itself. Would not stay again.

Air in the pool area is very warm, which is definetely a big plus. Restaurant staff is very welcoming.

At first I booked standard room, it was really small and uncomfy. For my luck there was one available XL room, really far from spaa and administration(I had small baby, so wasn't the best option neither, but I will be wiser next time visiting), still I would've been much sader in standard room.

XL room was perfect! Delicious breakfast! And so nice and warm spa!

Didn't find anything to complain at the hotel, but Rakvere as a town is probably not the most exciting destination.

Extremely good spa facilities: several saunas and nice pools for relaxation, and a 25m track for swimming. Varying and rich breakfast at the lobby bar, and nice food in the restaurant as well. Solid service by the staff too.

Rooms are small and basic. Breakfast was overcrowded, hard to find table for whole family. The waterpark area of spa is not that huge, it looked much bigger on pictures. Not too many things to do there, especially for the kids.

Food was good, both the breakfast as well as two restaurants. Kids playroom was nice, as well as sauna section with many different types of saunas.

Kids' playroom could have more toys and some pens and papers as well. Volume of the tv was a bit too loud (for adults, kids didn't care).

Childrens' pools (2*) were great for the one-year and five-year kids. Extra bed and baby cot fit nicely in in a XL Standard room. Food at the hotel restaurants was good and reasonably priced. Spa facilities and offering very nice.

As travelled a lot in Europe I got some strange issues bathering me. During breakfast I saw 3 different tupe of red juice and no labels near. Finally I tasted them all to know what to bring to my child. Table where was milk-can with yoghurts-can and other cans also not signed (but I reqognized milk), but then there was no glasses. Those must bring from other side of room from coffee-table (did not saw it first as too many people in front of it). Stuff during check-in and also not in hotel website did not mentioned about the childs playroom. We got hint about it thanks to one guest comment in booking.com so found it.

Nice stuff, room and spa, specially for childern under 5y. Excellent food in restaurant! Childrens menu with drawings and pencils to draw while waiting. As adult I was allowed to order also from childrens menu! Excellent childrens play-room, when we finally found it! :-) Excellent bacery-store right in the opposite side of road.
