Hotel spa is closed till October 15th. But nobody informed about it

Bed - way too soft, Breakfast used to be fantastic - not anymore. Didnt mention that the spa was under renowation, but we did get a voucher for spa 550m away somewhere, that was simply too much hastle so we didnt get to enjoy it.

I really appreciated the free early check-in, which made my arrival much more comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great location, easy to get around, and the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious.

The rooms and hotel are in desperate need of refurbishment and a proper deep cleaning. Our room was very dark with only one window, so there was almost no natural light. The spa was disappointing, with just a small sauna, a small pool, and a jacuzzi. The pillows and bed were also uncomfortable, which affected sleep quality.

Most of saunas were separate for men and women. One sauna was in the open area.

At first floor in old building was bad smell, didn’t have the air conditioner. Spa is just a pool and some saunas.

We had an enjoyable stay at the Arensburg Boutique Hotel & Spa during our visit to Saaremaa. The location is fantastic – right on the main street of Kuressaare’s charming old town and just a short walk from the castle. The hotel has a lot of character and historic charm. Our room was spacious, with comfortable beds and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was very good, offering a nice variety of options. The spa area was relaxing and never too crowded – a great way to unwind after a day of exploring the Island.

That said, some parts of the hotel do feel a bit dated and could benefit from a refresh. It doesn’t take away from the experience, but a modern touch here and there would definitely enhance it.

Good location.

We had to wait for the room for two hours although we came one and a half hours after official check in time. In the room there was dirty paper on the bathroom floor. The corridor had a really bad smell. In the spa only two showers were functioning properly (ladies side).

This is absolutely NOT 4 STAR HOTEL. Maybe 3 stars or less. This is NOT A SPA HOTEL although they brand themselves as one. There is only poor corner of pools and sauna. Bathroom was realy out of date. The water pressure was faint, the toilet seat ring was loose, the handwashing bowl didn't drain properly and the air conditioning wasn't functioning in the bathroom. The bathroom was brownish as russian style.
