Beds were really soft and there appeared to be a dip in the middle.

Shower was one of the best I have used and I have been to many five start hotels around the world. Beds were twin when I had asked for a double and they were not very comfortable. Pillows and duvet were great. Room size great. Breakfast was great as was the dinning room but I only had it one morning as I found a cafe that was cheaper and much better. Location was really wonderful. Suggest that reception makes a deal with FARM restaurant so they can take bookings as it would benefit both parties.

Tallinn is awash with money laundered through local real estate fuelling an AirBnB based property bubble. DO NOT USE AIR BNB unless you like supporting money laundering oligarchs and crypto morons. Come to this hotel instead.

Very difficult to find the hotel in old town. Almost impossible. The navigator did not lead to this hotel. So it would be nice if the hotel gives more details how to reach it.

Nice shower, breakfast and receptionist is very polite and she was very helpful during our attempts to find the hotel. :)

Breakfast could be improved. Getting a taxi near the hotel via Uber or bolt could be challenging. So plan accordingly.

I had requested two separate beds but it was one double bed. The bathroom, although really big in size was awkward to use, the shower is in the bath but under the sloped roof so you could not stand in order to use the shower, I (am only 5ft!) had to either stoop over or sit in the bath with the shower on.

The location was excellent, right inside the city walls, and right beside no less than three really important historical sites! The room was huge, very warm and comfortable and beautiful rooftop views. The staff were excellent, so helpful and friendly, and the food was beautiful.

The old carpet which covered all floor in the room, really unpleasant and not hygienic

The best ever location you could only wish in Tallinn! We had a room on third floor with windows to the inner yard and also to the beautiful roofs of cathedrals! It was magic experience ! Smooth check in and check out, very friendly and helpful staff!

On one day, I requested for my room to be cleaned, which didn't happen. I followed the hotel's procedure for that - put the note on my door at ca 10am. On my return by ca 2pm the room wasn't cleaned. I was not aware that I was supposed to give the time till ca 4pm for the room to get cleaned, it was not said in the instructions. This information could be added, I think, to allow the guests to know how much time to be away for the room to be cleaned. When I talked to the staff at the reception about this, the staff was very helpful. And this one misunderstanding about the room cleaning was the only thing to mention here. Otherwise, nice stay and I will be coming back for sure.

I didn't enjoy the view - a modern brick wall. And while the walls and windows seamed soundproof, the door wasn't - I could hear the sounds from the hallway.

The room was a little bit cold in the evening so we turned the heat up on radiators. Also breakfast was in a small corner with not a lot of variety. Some food was even already gone by 9 o’clock.

The bed was comfy with two great pillows per person. A lot of extras was offered in the room, like toothbrush, soaps, shoe cleaning wipes.
