We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaOnly problem was that the weekend street noise (people walking home from restaurants and bars late night or early am hours) echoes up to the 3rd floor. We had to keep the windows open for the cooler air. Front desk agent couldn't speak English, nor Estonian - only Russian. But she was very friendly and helpful despite the language problem.
I liked the old building and beautiful looking lobby. I liked the room and location: walking distance from the Narva Castle. Breakfast was good.

DenmarkThe hotel and ambient fits well to record movies of 2000s, old fashioned, old furniture, sheets are clean but with stains. But these days the hotel with a parking and receptionist would cost more. I recommend for budget short stays. There is ongoing nightlife:) with closed police station, strip club and interesting Gulliver-Two sisters restaurant. Something to remember, again almost back to 2000s and crime movies. Otherwise, the staff is pleasant and breakfast for 6 euro is something to remember too.

EstoniaThe price can be cheaper given it is comparable to some places in Tallinn. It really should not be priced so high but we did not have a bad stay at all. We asked for a wine opener and they only had screw top wines in the entire hotel and therefore was not able to provide one.
The hotel is very old and dated which we expected from the pictures. However things were well maintained and most importantly, it was very clean and comfortable, which actually made the stay quite enjoyable. We were able to enjoy the TV and the fast wifi as well. Basic soap and shampoo was provided.
