After comparing our other stay during this trip, we realized the staff could be a bit more friendly, especially the ones working at the restaurant and during breakfast. Some times it felt like they were doing us a favor which they didn’t want to.

We spent one night here at the beginning of our trip and then another 2 nights at the end. Location was very convenient for the ferry, to explore the city and to come to/from the airport.

The staff is amazing,the room was big and clean, the bed was confortable,.It was posible to take away the breakfast because our ferry was at 6 am .The hotel has a parking but near the hotel is a big parking where the price is 6 euro/24 hours.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed it a lot. Pity we couldn’t stay longer. We were with two little kids. There was a lot of space for all of us. The hotel gave us two baby cots as we requested. We liked breakfast as well. And our daughter enjoyed the kids’ playroom. I also liked the underground parking.

Good location, 15-20 minutes to the city center by foot. Next to the hotel there is a parking lot for 6€ - 24 hours. The room was clean. Breakfast was tasty.

1. Apart from the shopping mall nearby, restaurants and markets are relatively far away. 2. The cleanliness needs improvement—on the day of check-in, there was unflushed toilet paper in the bowl, which left a poor impression.

The curtains in the room were dirty. Some of the lamps did not work. Minor drawback: gym and sauna are open only in the morning, and if you have to go to work, it is not possible to use the facility.

Stayed one night on a week day. The location is very good, it is close to the port. The room was spacious and had rather big bathroom with the view on the port. It is close by foot to the center. The facilities include small gym, 2 big saunas and breakfast included. The gym was small but clean and equipped. Sauna was very good as well.

A super clean and spacious hotel room. The main reason we booked here was for the location, as its located right next to the Ferry dock where we got in and also the bus station where we left from. It's a short walk into the city center, and there is also a shopping center right opposite it including a supermarket making it really easy to access food and other necessities. The breakfast had a great selection and found the room spacious with lots of seating. We would definitely come back again.

Absolutely great location! Just a 15 minute walk into the historic centre. Just a 5 minutes walk from the port in case looking at also heading to Helsinki. There is a shopping centre containing a big supermarket literally in front of the hotel. The room was very comfortable, quiet location and delicious breakfast!

You can see that hotel is a little old-fashioned style.

It is not the first time I am visiting this hotel and I will come again. It is a good price/value balance, location and breakfast with lots of meals choices.

The pillows were a little hard.

The location is great, an easy 10 minute walk up to the old town and also right by the harbour so very easy for catching the ferry to Helsinki. Excellent choice at breakfast. Fridge and kettle in room. Across the road is a shopping mall. A very comfortable stay. Would stay here again if we visit Tallinn again.
