Breakfast was very good. I liked a lot different vitamine shots from vegetables and fruits! It was super! As well in SPA they have super massage option, starting from feet and untill bag and head, it was really nice and relaxing. Thanks a lot.

There was some problem with plastic key (for room's door), and you have to take your own slippers for spa area - but on overall that was excellent service and beautifull time, spend in comfortable hotel on the fascinating Saaremaa island :)

Location is just perfect, rooms were tidy and very clean, breakfest was superb; restaurant's personell was helpfull - there was no problem to get additional hot water for thermos (as we planned some trekking in coastal area); as family we asked for two rooms as close as possible - by check-in we have find out that we have rooms next-to each other, and rooms are connected via in-between door - that was great!

The staff was a little cold, nothing to change our opinion of the stay, however it was something we noticed that didn't happen in other places we stayed in Estonia. The menu was somewhat limited but we were able to find something for everyone.

The spa was very nice offering different pools, whirlpools, and saunas. The locker rooms were clean, and access was easy and each guest is supplied with a robe. The outdoor pool has access from inside which was very nice.

Usually there is a bottle of water from the hotel in the room, it was missing, the outdoor pool was small and the sauna was cold in the morning

The breakfast is perfect, there's nothing more to ask for :) Super location, good walk to town, spa offers to match

At the same time as our visit, there was a concert event in the castle, you could hear the music and the bass in the room, so it was very hard to fall asleep. Obviously, it's not the hotel's fault, but I would recommend checking that out, and if there's a concert going on then asking for a room on the other side without the view of the castle.

The breakfast was wonderful. I think the best coffee, I've ever had at a hotel. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The balcony had a lovely view of the water. The spa has many saunas and pools, so there is a lot to do for both adults and kids. The hotel is a nice walk from Kuressaare city center, so everything is a walking distance.

Be aware there will be a lot of kids, especially in the spa, so it might be not the most relaxed atmosphere, but they have adults only section in the spa, so that helps. I also had a weak wifi signal in the room, as it was the end room, otherwise the internet was decent throughout the place.

Well kept spa hotel, very good breakfast and amazing dinner, nice and spacious spa area. Room and the bathroom were a bit small, but well planned and had a balcony. Dine at the restaurant, the food was exceptional.

The hair dryer needs changing – it was super hot and didn't have enough power. The sound isolation was not that great in our room, we could easily hear our neighbors.

We had a wonderful time at Georg Ots Spa Hotel. Several things that made this a great experience: the breakfast. Great coffee, tasty food, lovely space. The restaurant – really tasty dishes and great attitude from the waiters. The spa and outdoor pool were amazing, and so were the staff overall. We rented bikes for a day, so that's a fun little activity you can add to your stay. And we had a beautiful view over the sea side and pool and watched a lovely sunset. Thank you!

Spa, amazing kids corner, pancakes

One day, the spa area was quite lively as a lot of families were in attendance. The next day, it was lovely and peaceful.

The location was very picturesque with a lovely view across to the castle. The walk in to the centre of Kuressaare was short and very pleasant. The hotel was nicely furnished and the spa was a reasonable size with four sauna type rooms. The hotel restaurant was very good, serving up some quite quirky but delicious combinations of food.
