There is construction work at the street in front of the hotel and in the nearby area. Can take a while to manage where to go by foot.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The location was great, at a walkable distance to Viru gate and also next to public transportation. The breakfast was also good. They kept our luggage in the check out day so we could explore the city freely.

Fabulous stay, wonderful staff. Beautifully decorated rooms. Good breakfast, and nice options from the restaurant for dinner as well. The sauna and spa area is the highlight.

Water pressure was really low. It took an hour to fill the bathtub. The tub itself was also detached from its foundation.

I didn't like that I couldn't open the windows when I wanted , there was not enough fresh air for me.

The reception was good, the room was good too. The hotel was close to the mall and the hotel was big too.

The breakfast selection could have been better but for a two night stay it was adequate. Road renovations outside the hotel made access a bit difficult but not a major issue.

Nice decor, clean room, comfortable bed and great pillow selection. The breakfast as expected but they managed it well even with a full hotel. Nice bar with tasty cocktails. Friendly staff.

In my original room I had some weird noises in the wall (maybe water, maybe wind, who knows), asked receptionist to sort this out. She suggested to change the room, as we couldn't figure out what was it. I agreed even though it was two floors down, meaning not such a good view. Her colleague on the other hand, had some problem with such decision and with a lemon face was telling her off saying why would you change the room, only based on someone complained about the noise. I spoke to them in English so they didn't realise I speak Estonian as well. Not sure what was her issue, but receptionist who served me decided to go ahead with her decision and changed my room, after listening to the recording I had from the room. So the noise issue (whatever it was) wasn't even a big deal as it got sorted, but because of this other woman, jeez! Can't say that staff is nice in the hotel, even though everyone else were friendly helpful and professional. How one person can ruin the whole experience.

Location could not be better - everything is a short walking distance. Lovely views from the top floor. Comfy beds. Ritual cosmetics in the bathroom - super nice. Lobby is very cute and cosy, with a bar and a restaurant. We only had some snack in the bar and it was good. Absolutely loved that little seat on the window in the room 😍 the best place to spend your quiet evening watching the snow.

We got sent a link before our stay to book things in the hotel eg room upgrade, use of the spa. We booked to use the spa at their sister hotel a 10min walk away. When we got to the spa and showed our online booking we got charged to use the spa anyway.

We received a message indicating there was an indoor fitness track but upon arrival we where told there is non. This was really a pity as we brought our stuff with us and had plans on hitting it. Some additional space to open your luggage would be nice, as the space in our room was limited to put our one large travel backpack.

The room was clean, the bed comfy and the daylight bathroom really nice. In addition, the breakfast buffet was rich and very tasty. From local black bread, hering and porridge over scrambled eggs to grilled tomatoes and pancakes you could have whatever your heart desires. Definitely 10 points :) We also enjoyed the cozy bar and lounge area on the groundfloor in the evening, with a good cocktail and book :) Also to mention is the location right next to the city centre. There where also 2 tramway stops right next to the building, with one giving a direct connection to the Noblessner area and the Iglubaar.

The heating system especially in the bathroom wasn't good enough. But the rest was good.

The breakfast was very nice, I liked the variety of food. However, there weren't fried eggs for the last two days and my daughter wasn't happy about that.

Expensive breakfast and room was not cleaned for 3 days, because room was ocupied the time of cleaning .

The bed was way too soft and the pillow was bad, we should have ordered other ones from the pillow bar (next time will do it). The lifts were slow and crowded especially at the breakfast and check-out times.

It was quite difficult to reach the hotel as the a street infront is closed.

I think it was well hotel. Rhe room was spacious and clean. Not very comfortable beds and pillows but not the worst. Breakfast was good with many aoptions to choose. Wifi fast. Location was very good, very close to the oldtown. If the parking is full you have an option to park at Virus buildibg for the same price.
