Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PolandRoom was really small and there hadn't been any reception/facility stuff around.
Terrace on the rooftop with a nice view was a great attraction. There was everything needed in the room (even with a washing machine, which had a function to "wash and dry"). Those electronic locers were inspirational.

EstoniaKey is in an app you download and you need it literally for every door in the building. This is kind of expected, but still a hassle. Breakfast was extremely underwhelming (a package of random-ish food items in a fridge), would have skipped breakfast option if it was clear at the time of the booking how it looks like.
Overall very nice, room was small (expected) but convenient, renovations slightly tired but nothing bad. Fully equipped kitchen was a great bonus. The rooftop terrace is very cool (though what's up with all the furniture chained to places? can't move a chair out of the sun). Impeccable parking options (lots of street space, also got a free garage parking on short notice). Very good option especially if traveling by car.

SpainIt was weird not to find a TV in the hotel room (even if it's a apart-hotel). The room is veeery small for a longer stay, but OK if just a few nights.
The building, design and any equipment was modern and new. Industrial style is not to everyone's taste, but all neat and comfortabe. Many foreigners stay here and you find out there is even a Larsen community. I liked a comfortable and spacious lounge where you can chat, play games, and read. Also, if the weather is good you can enjoy a roof terrace to sit and chill. There is space to park on the street.

SpainThey did not clean after check-in, that could be a good service for longer stays.
Great location, very close to the city center and the Mustamae area using regular buses. There are many services nearby: Lidl, 24/7 fitness, Rimi, etc. which makes shopping very comfortable.

BelgiumDownstairs the garbage bins should be emptied more regularly.
For us the location was ok - we travelled by car and it's possible to park the car at the hotel; easy access to the hotel (via the JustInMobile app); well equipped kitchen, comfy bed.

GreeceFolding bed is not what you expect for that price.vending machine on the ground floor is a scam. Charges you 3,4 euros every time you want to buy something no matter the lower price of the product. And strangely enough, the cash paying system was not working....
Clean and quiet. Ease of access.

GermanyBe aware that you have to download an app for check in to work. Not that many restaurants around, but that's probably not why you would chose this place anyway.
Great value for money. Right next to a Lidl and close to bus stops. Check in without human interaction, so it's perfect for spontaneous late night bookings.

NetherlandsIn the summer it does not really get dark in Estonia, it was 11:45 pm and still light out in mid june. despite this the hotel has very thin curtains that do not allow for complete darkness to sleep in. No soaps or shampoo provided which is also really disappointing. Location is relatively far from city center.
Clean, easy check in process.

GermanyThe heat inside the rooms was almost too much to get a good sleep. Every lock required a smartphone. I understand that it makes things easier for the host but it sometimes took a few tries to just simply open a door. There parking situation was also a bit confusing and made us nervous parking on the muddy side of the road as there are only a handful of spots in front of the building.
The rooms were clean and everything was in good condition. It looked modern and new and was relatively close to the old town and had a big supermarket around the corner. And you got an amazing view of the sunset from the rooftop terrace.

India1. Too congested 2. The washbasin was very small and the cupboard above it is not properly placed. It was difficult to brush teeth without hitting the cupboard above the washbasin. 3. The plug points are very low and deep in the shelves that one has to struggle to plug the cable. 4. It would be nice if the host could put a shower gel and a shampoo in the bathroom.
1. The room was clean 2. Keyless entry with a mobile phone.

Israelit is located in an industrial looking area. The room was minimally equipped, although enough for our needs. no coffee, tea or sugar which is important for short term gusts. One of the big windows lacked curtains and when we asked for the answer was that they don't have. The room lacks any means of cleaning like broom etc.
this is a modern place, with young people and families. we liked the rooftop. Although very small, the room included plenty places for storage.
