Ugandi Hotel is close to the city center of Otepaa and walking distance to activities. Breakfast was amazing with many options to choose from. The staff went out of their to be really good hosts and helpful. They even gave us a jar of local honey when we checked out. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Little details such as lighting and room decor made it very cozy. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

The sink was quite small, and the water pressure in the shower was not so strong, but it didn't spoil the overall impression.

We were checked in earlier since the room was available. The room was comfortable, with a nice interior and a welcoming drink - water. The bed and pillows were also worth mentioning. The bathroom was pretty small but equipped with good soap, shower gel, and shampoo. Due to our room selection, coffee, tea, and some sweets were always available in the lobby. The breakfast was served as a buffet and was super nutritious and tasty. The location is good too. We travelled without a car, and it was important for us to have easy access to the nearby ski resort, so it was just a 20-minute walk and a few minutes from the city center. So, overall, I highly recommend this place, and if I visit Otepää again, I will definitely stay here. The place is very quite and peaceful. The service was extremely friendly, and we even received a gift - a jar of honey. Thank you very much!

Nothing was wrong, in particular, Maybe the fact that we got the un renovated rooms, but that is ok. The rooms were great, nothing was broken and everything was working just fine.

Everything was great; the location was perfect, as I was traveling for a bike race that took place across the street. The owner was very helpful and the amenities were excellent.

This was summer time and we had to battle a swarm of wasps coming in from the balcony, a slight inconvenience.

Nice little hotel, especially the interior design of the first floor. Good breakfast, very nice host. Our room had a balcony (nice!) which was facing the street (not so nice) but Otepää is a quiet place so not much trouble there. City center is at a walking distance, many options for food.

The rooms upstairs would need some renovation. We saw quickly the renovated ones and those were extremely nice. After the renovations are done, this hotel will be definitely full 10.

Hotel Murakas is absolutely amazing! It is one of the best hotels in Estonia! The rooms are so beautiful and stylish, I was really enjoying my stay there. I booked a room with a bath so I could really relax and enjoy the benefits of the hotel. The location is also perfect, in the town of Otepää but close to the ski-tracks and hills. I really recommend this hotel.
