How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Verified reviewSauna center was ok.
Got notification about the waterpark closure in the morning of travel. Main reason we choose Noorus was the waterpark, so it was disappointing.

Verified reviewThe property was great, lots of pools, saunas and slides for the kids. However the slides were not working and no one prepared us for it. We travelled with kids who were excited to go to the kids spa and we only found out it was closed once in our bathing suits and at the pools. No one knew why and for how long they’re going to be closed. A little heads up would’ve been nice. I ordered an extra bed in one of the rooms we booked and when we got there it was not made. I had to call the reception and they sent someone to open the arm chair that folded into bed however they didn’t put any bedding on it and we had to make the bed ourselves. Staff was very unfriendly and even rude except one lady at reception (with glasses and red-ish hair) who ended up giving me a discount because I complained.
It was new and nice looking

Verified reviewLocations is the main advantage of this hotel. The spa and waterpark are great.
- No staff in the pool/spa area... some people do not respect others. Kids jump into shallow bubble baths, which is unsafe - The music in the sauna should be relaxing and not club music. - There are no clocks in the sauna (not even sand ones) to know how long you have been there. - Water in all water fountains is disgusting, including at breakfast when it is mixed with syrups for juices. - No water in the gym - is not acceptable.

Verified reviewWhole Hotel complex is wonderful and amazing, good location, clean and tidy everywhere, big balconies . Good restaurant with a bit modest choice to my mind. Overall SPA is wonderful, but with some issues, which need to be aware of!
1. Ordinary pool(25m long) is very shallow(not deep enough), which is extremely dangerous for jumping into the water. Unfortunately I saw one man who smashed his head by the bottom of pool. Lot of blood and not pleasant picture at all. 2. 2 water tubes(blue and green) are really fast and you might hit your shoulders and head there, because of sharp turns. 3. Orange tube also need to be upgraded, because final area where you are landing is too short and you are stopping when you have reached with your own legs the edge.

Verified reviewWe booked a Junior Suite - the room was spacious, airy, and spotlessly clean. We particularly appreciated the presence of a bidet shower next to the loo, which was very convenient. The staff were welcoming and provided clear answers to all our queries. Having a jacuzzi in the room was a real bonus – not something you find in many hotels. The location is superb, right on the seafront and nestled among the trees – absolutely delightful. The spa was clean and offered a good range of facilities: several types of sauna, plenty of jacuzzis, and other relaxing water features. Overall - our experience was okayish.
We booked the hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I mentioned this in the reservation and asked if the room could be decorated in some way – I was even willing to pay extra for it. The hotel replied that they would do what they could. In the end, absolutely nothing was done. Even something simple, like a few balloons or a small gesture such as miniature bottles of champagne, would have been appreciated. It was disappointing, but we accepted it. It took countless attempts to get the jacuzzi in the room working, and it only started after a technician came. As for the coffee machine – we still have no idea how to use it. The water from the jacuzzi spilled onto the floor and didn’t drain away, as the drain was clogged. I even tried using a squeegee, but couldn’t manage to clear the puddles. In the shower, water overflowed so badly that it flooded the entire bathroom – the bin, under the sink, and around the toilet. The floor was dangerously slippery; it’s a wonder we didn’t hurt ourselves walking through the puddles. The interior is extremely dated – I’d guess at least 20 years old. The carpet is stained and looks rather shabby. The fridge has an unpleasant smell, and even the glasses in the room were mismatched. At check-in, we asked the receptionist if we could use the buffet option. We had even reserved a table for 7:30, and she said yes. However, when we arrived at the restaurant, the staff told us that almost all the food was gone and they wouldn’t be replenishing it, and suggested we go to the à la carte instead. I think reception should have mentioned this – we would happily have gone earlier. As it was, we ended up walking to the nearby Meretare restaurant, as the à la carte menu in the hotel seemed very limited. Breakfast was another disappointment. There was very little choice of hot dishes, and the food was generally tasteless. The only things we enjoyed were the cinnamon rolls and the coffee. Overall, rather disappointing for the money we paid.

Verified reviewSpa and location were as expected, were great. Good breakfast and diner. EV Type2 charger (for additional charge though, Snabb/LIFF). Well maintained territory around. Clean beach.
Blankets, they were very uneven (in terms of thickness) and obviously outdated. Room (at least at family room) finishing is starting also to be outdated, with signs of hard and careless use. And those signs were quite badly repaired. Spa was a little bit overcrowded. In waterpark tubes there did were light indicators, but none of them was working properly (everywhere was green light only), so you have to watch carefully and by yourselves whether previous user/rider went away from "the finishing lane".
