The room was next to the SPA, so some people can hear extra noise.

It was a last minute booking. Fast check-in. The room was great! Comfy bed and great view!

The spa next doors recommended by the hotel was not the best. Good coffee with more variety was missing at the breakfast. TV operating system a bit overengineered and could be simpler.

Untidy & unavailable spa premises; did pay for these services but didn’t receive them. Sloppy communication from the reception’s side; e.g.private party at the spa area came as a surprise when calling to the reception & enquiring after bathrobe. When gettig finally to the area was the place nothing like in pictures (trash by & in the pool, no couch paddings, other kind of interior etc.) Also an old plaster in the sheets in the room didn’t give other (/more tidy to say the least) impression of the hotel. The breakfast also quite basic hotel breakfeast but with can fruits etc made the quality worse than in the comp.places nearby.

    Good location

The steam room of the spa stopped working during holidays after just one day. Should be repared in a 4-star hotel since the spa entrance was the main reason for us to choose this hotel. Saunas were otherwise separated for men and women which was a bit unnecessary, people are wearing swimsuits. The spa section didn't match my expectations compared to other hotels I have been to in Tallinn. For this reason I would try a different spa hotel next time because there are options.

I really liked the buffet breakfast, central location and quiet room with a comfy bed. The room however was a little bit out of date compared to other 4 star hotels in Tallinn that I have been to. Super friendly and helpful staff!

The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. It took me 6 night with little sleep to realise that had added extra padding layers in top of the mattress. By the end of the week I was exhausted.

The hotel is super clean, the staff friendly and the spa great.

Wellness center can get crowded during the afternoon. There is no bathrobe in the room, you have to bring them from home. Same thing for slippers (only the soft ones are available, and they are not ideal for the swimming pool) The breakfast is a bit essential.

Very comfortable room near the entrance to the city center. The wellness center is small but functional, with a swimming pool, a heated small pool, and two saunas: a dry sauna (divided by gender) and a wet sauna (shared). All in all, it works quite well, but it may get crowded after 5 pm.

I paid for a double room and received a small room that was effectively, in size, a single room. Selling it as a double room is simply cheating the client. Staff in the reception desk are unfriendly and not polite. Breakfast is expensive especially because, although there is a good variety of products, their quality is low. This is a 4* hotel with 3* service and 5* prices.

The hotel is just outside the old town in an old industrial area that is now being refurbished with shopping centers and lots of restaurants. The wifi connection is fast and works well. Staff in the lobby bar was nice and efficient.

The only thing I didn’t like was that on the first day both of the saunas were way too hot. Steam sauna especially is not supposed to be that hot. You couldn’t even sit on the benches in there. This however was later fixed so not sure if that was just a mistake on that first day. Another thing that I would warn customers about is the taxi drivers. The trip to the harbour should not cost more than 5-6€ by cab but we paid 8,65€ when taking the taxi from the hotel after our check out. It was obvious the taxi driver had set the meter to that amount before we entered the car and covered it with some files. I’m usually very suspicious and check the price befor entering the cab but didn’t think to doubt since the hotel receptionist advised us to take one of those cabs outside the hotel, saying they are reliable. Not the hotel’s fault really but certainly left a bad taste in our mouth after a nice Christmas in Tallinn. Financially this was not a big loss but I still hope it doesn’t happen to other guests. Nobody likes to be conned.

The location is excellent and the rooms very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Radiator in room made noise. Parking and breakfast add surprisingly big amount into total bill making this one of the most expensive options and there are cheaper better options nearby. Eventhough they have their own garage the actual parking spaces are tiny of them all.

Hotel is in great location right in the city center and they have their own parking garage.

Pool is relatively small, though in nice space on the top floor, next to saunas. The rooms do not offer free robs. Those who prefer old-town and smaller hotel experiences, especially for romantic weekend, might look for other options.

Next to the entrance to the Old Town and having a well-managed conference center, this hotel is a great location for both tourists (who are not afraid of bigger hotels - this one is slightly cosier than regular large hotels) and for bigger events. Food was excellent - including for coffee breaks that combined healthy food, local cuisine reinvented and treats for sweet tooth, real coffee/cappuccino options. Gym is on top floor with a view. In winter time, the fireplace in the lobby looks so welcoming.

This room was perfect. We stayed in a corner suite on the 8th floor to provide extra room for our 2 year old. It was perfect. The room was more than spacious and the bathroom provided all the amenities for us to relax after the kid fell asleep. The hotel was less than a 5 minute walk to the old town, and just about 15 minutes to the docks for the boat to Finland. Breakfast was plentiful and had a great mix of hot and cold foods. Very bad sewage small on first entering en-suite bathrom - cleared by housekeeping in a few minutes but obviously a regular problem as I have seen this mentioned in other reviews and housekeeping knew exactly what to do. Paying up front on arrival - this is a first for me unless I actually choose to pay in advance. Much more used to them taking credit card details and settling the bill on check -out. it was as if they knew there might be problems so "lets get the payment from them first" Houesekeeping completely forgot about our room on one day and we had to call reception in the evening to get fresh towells - never happened to me before in any of my other travels and hotel stays regardless of the hotel rating Room really quite basic for a 4* hotel although it had everything that was needed

Excellent location - about five minutes outside the old town; a ten minute tram ride (or 25 minute walk) to Kadriarg park; across the road from the bus depot for the 20 minute ride to Pirita beach; two minutes walk from a supermarket and a few local restaurants. Excellent buffet breakfast - wide choice from a hot and cold buffett Friendly and helpful staff Small pool, spa, gym

The problem is when they are even half full, they really are not equipped to deal with the number of people. So if you're there to sleep, then that's great. But if want other amenities, try another hotel of similar price. In the spa area with the sauna, hot tub etc, it's just too small to feel comfortable. If two or three people get to the pool or hot tub or sauna or steam room it feels a bit too close for comfort to join them. There's only one piece of exercise equipment in each category, and these are few to begin with - probably 4 people can fit in that exercise room. Also, the spa bit that's attached - with massages etc - isn't as good as a lot of places very close to the hotel. And breakfast is rammed - they can't really deal with all the people. The prices are also rising crazily - breakfast is two euros more than it was two months ago.

I like the people who work there because they are very friendly and professional. I've been staying there for about 8 years on my trips.

Hotel air conditioning seemed to struggle when the sun was up. Blackout blinds would be useful for the traveller not familiar with the Nordic skies. Breakfast can be a bit chaotic with the narrowness of the restaurant, however after the first visit, it's a good experience.

Tallinn is an incredibly easy city to visit. The airport is 4km away from the centre and takes 10 mins by bus or taxi. The hotel is very central and easy to find. Staff speak English and Estonian and are very friendly. Rooms spacious and great wet room shower.. Top floor leisure facilities are top class. Hotel is a stones throw away from where we have our offices and very close to the historic centre as well as more modern parts. A walk to the harbour is less than 10 mins. Airport check in on departure was a breeze and the variety of boutique cafe's is a joy.

Although modern, the rooms aren't perfectly sound proofed either against corridor noise and conversations or, surprisingly, against nocturnal pedestrian noise (despite being on the fifth floor).

Pleasant staff with perfect English and a perfect location for access to all city venues including the old town, concert hall and the modern city. Catering in the hotel was great value and of a high standard although the restaurant evening menu would benefit by also offering some 'plain' cooking for those who don't wish to choose photograph quality Michelin styled dishes. The (not really) down side was limited road access during the marathon and associated events which ran past the entrance.

Crowded breakfast room, lack of staff cleaning the tables. Mattress too soft.

Nice up to date clean room and bathroom, good shower. Excellent location.

Wireless: very poor reliability of connection (kept dropping calls) Breakfast: although seemingly a wide choice, it was actually limited if you are a health-conscious person who also likes food to have a good taste. It's a 7.5 (on a scale with 10 being the maximum), so it's not a bad thing, but it's what took away from the experience.

Nice, elegant, classy, good bed. Close to everything (i guess it's the merit of a small city). The staff was extraordinarily helpful and nice.

Getting to (and from) the hotel's own parking (-1 level) is a nightmare. Elevator stops on the ground floor only and then hands occupied with luggage you need to get thru 5 different level and direction stairways and 3 doors (both pull and push) to get to your vehicle. Very annoying.

    Maximum points for all

The bed was too soft for me and the pillow was not so good. I prefer down pillows! Those are very main things which should be in good standard for a good sleep.

    Superior breakfast. Thank you!

Unfortunately my wife and me, we were disappointed by personal in the breakfast, when they have offered to buy the coffee in the bar, because they are out of coffee beans... 4* hotel? Really? Unfortunately the lady was sarcastic too.

Great location and nice SPA in hotel. The room was comfortable too.

The smell of tobacco in my non-smoking 1-bedroom suite. The sofa upholstery had holes from cigattere. The choice of toiletries was poor.

The breakfast choices were plentiful; but the ambiance was a bit like eating in a bus station. Too crowded, too noisy.

The price was really expensive compared to Tallinn price level, 150 eur one night for a solo traveller.

The bed was amazing. The hotel is new and the interior is stylish and clean. The location is excellent. The breakfast was great. There is a relaxation area upstairs with two saunas and a swimming pool, with a great view towards the city.

The only thing that we didn't like was that there is a maid's room next to the deluxe room. early in the morning they started working and banged the door in every 5 to 10 minutes. that was not ok.

Really great room (we had a deluxe room), nice spa upstairs.great location, nice people.

The breakfast at this hotel was very poor. The hotel is big and the breakfast area is not sufficient for the number of guests so it is a bit of a scramble to get a table, so much so in the lifts they promote going to breakfast at 7:30 or 9:45, neither of which quite work for a leisurely holiday with plenty of site seeing. Also however, the various vending machines etc seemed not to be in good order. I had tepid at best cup of tea as the hot water wasn't hot, a watery orange juice as presumable the machine was low on concentrate and also the toaster only worked on one side. Also really disappointing was the lack of fresh fruit, there were bruised apples and bananas, and then melon balls laced in sugar syrup. For such a large hotel I was also surprised special diets e.g. vegan weren't catered for at all, so there was no non-dairy milk etc. Using our shower also flooded the rest of the bathroom which wasn't ideal, a design flaw solved the next day with a rolled up towel, but not quite what you'd expect. Spa was very busy - again probably not big enough for the number of rooms.

This hotel is both handy for the old town and also the bus to the airport, so if you're after somewhere easy for a weekend break it could do a good job for you. The pool / spa area also has a great view over the old town.

Very pricy parking - public parking across the street was like €10 cheaper Not enough seats during breakfast times Staff was not very friendly and always tried to charge us extra for things

Amazing location - close to mall, close to the Old City, close to the Port Terminal Good breakfast food choice, nice buffet Small, but very cozy sauna and little pool on top of the hotel Very nice interior and exterior, define you an eye-candy Many amenities inside the room

Breakfast pricey and not up to the standards of a high class hotel. No proper hairdryer in the room.

Good location. 5 minutes walk from the Old Town. Hotel had on site parking (17eur per night) which was a plus. Only drawback is that you have to go through reception each time to get a ticket to exit the parking lot.
