This hotel surprised us for several reasons: breakfast with a good variety and some typical Estonian items; The room was comfortable, with an incredible view, modern, great space, and the bathtub was an amazing plus to relax after long walks; The rooftop pool impressed us, it was heated, covered, and had jets for massaging, as well as clean towels at will. A special touch: at the hotel reception, they provided delicious Estonian chocolates for guests! Before the trip: we contacted the hotel through chat and asked if our room category could have the possibility of having a bathtub. They promptly replied that they would do their best to accommodate us, and they were incredible! This made our trip much more magical and special because of how they took care of us at this hotel! Arrival: We arrived by ship in the morning, and yet the reception staff allowed us to check in earlier, right upon our arrival. It was incredible. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. And would stay here again! Location: It's located in front of a shopping mall and a market. It's about a 20-minute walk from the ship port and about an 8-minute walk to the old town.

Unfortunately there was one drawback. When we slept in the room the ventilation was on and it was very cold. The first night it was impossible to stay warm. We contacted the staff and they gave us an extra blanket. but the ventilation also worked and it was cool.

We chose a very nice room in this hotel. check-in at the hotel was fast, the staff was professional The room was clean and comfortable. There was a little noise from the street because there are trams there. The room was very bright - this is a big plus.

Breakfast was really busy and finding a table was difficult. The parking lot is small and the spots are tight.

The location is great, right by the old town and Viru keskus. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Complimentary drinks in the fridge. The breakfast was vast, vegan options were available and there was fresh coffee (not only coffee automat)

Hotel is central located. Restaurant is inside the hotel and around the corner. Shops are nearby, one big shopping mal on opposite street. Supermarket is 2 streets away.

The tv would not work when we arrived and reception said they would get a engineer the next day, the receptionist did visit the room in the end to bring a heater (see comment below) and said it won’t work by the guide and had to press program only, it has a option to stream but this wouldn't work and would not let me stream anything,Netflix etc and when I asked why I was told it was because I had a iPhone and they had problems, the tv was disappointing as no good channels worth watching. And no option to hire films etc. in a modern hotel I would have expected a more up to date and diverse tv options as not everyone goes out at night and enjoys relaxing watching tv instead. The heating also didn’t work when we arrived and was told again that they were having problems, the instructions on the tv to work the heating was completely different to the actually system in the room, a heater was supplied in the end, it then started to work on its own after a day or two. Housekeeping didn’t refresh the sugar etc or leave clean mugs, it didn’t appear that the floor had been cleaned to well either, but when asked for more sugar she was very polite.

The spa was lovely and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Great location to everything

Parking fee pre-order was asked, but did not use this service as there were a lot of space in garage when I arrived (15 EUR saving while 25 EUR per night paid for parking)

Me and my wife were amazed of the quality , facilities and services that were available. The room was one of the best we have ever been , breakfast too. Clean like we were the first visitors. Modern , simple, quiet but alive. It have this nice feeling that very few hotels have. I really can’t describe how good this hotel is. The even have pillow options to choose…

It's definitely not a big deal, but the pool water was a little colder than expected, around 30° C. It takes us some time to feel relaxed, but I enjoyed it after all.

The hotel is well located, a dozen meters from one of the old city Ports. From the location, you can walk all over the city center. Breakfast is fantastic, and the gym and pool are well equipped and visually appealing; it was a fantastic experience.
