Both my son and I liked everything about this hotel: the amazing breakfast, a very nice comfortable room, swimming pool was small but the whole spa area was really nice and clean. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to friends and family.

Just the fact that was not a walking shower. And not too much options on tv channels

We chose this hotel first because we were looking for something close to the old city and with a free spa, as we know that the weather outside might not be very good, and also because it was the only one in our search that had more positive reviews than negative ones. We visited Tallin to celebrate my birthday and my husband's birthday. The hotel is close to everything, and we did all the tours on foot, without the need for a bus or taxi. The spa is open until 10pm at night so after a tiring day it was great to be able to relax in the pool. All the staff were friendly, from reception to the breakfast staff, always smiling and ready to help. A special thank you to the breakfast management who surprised me with a cake on the morning of my birthday. It was a very kind gesture. The rooms are clean, the pool area is pleasant, and there are many options for breakfast. Thank you everyone, we had a great stay.

Personally, I prefer it if the shower was a walk-in one, rather than having to step into the bath to use it. Bed was great, but the pillow took time to get used to.

Hotel is great for exploring the Old Town. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good with plenty of options. The rooms were decent and ours had a nice view. If going back to Tallinn, I’d have no hesitation in staying again.

The hotel is located at the top of the old town, so it’s very convenient. It is walkable to the Rotermann District as well. A bit farther to the ferry, seaport, and Balti Jamma food hall (about 30 minutes). The staff was friendly and helpful. The gym area and pool were terrific.

- TV channel selection should be better, no international news channel like BBC or CNN - Could not get youtube to work on the androiid TV, only spotify worked.

The location was perfect - right at the centre of Old Town. The room was an attic room -spacious and clean. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We had a fabulous stay.

We liked swimming pool very much: it is not so big, but there is everything to be relaxed. Delicious breakfast with wide offer. Staff was very friendly. You could see Old Tallinn from hotels windows.

Quite a lot of noise from the road, but didn't bother us. Rooms aren't that sound proof from your neighbours either...! But part of accepting staying in a hotel.

great location easy to access transport to airport, bus number 2 200m away straight to airport. Lovely breakfast, friendly staff, good facilities. Would stay again :)

The hotel is a master in the art of keeping its finger on the pulse while being a place of tranquility and dimensionality. The manager Henri was friendly and attentive. The first manager of any hotel who left a really pleasant impression rather than the usual "conventional smile". The room was overlooking the square, it was fabulous.
