Right in the center, in the walking distance to everywhere. Close to everything - places to have dinner, shopping malls, bars, parks.

Parnu hotel is classed as 4 stars but didn't even have a kettle in the room. Tiny bathroom, no bath, just a shower with some mould growing on the floor. Also, not sound proof - no privacy. Breakfast food was exactly the same every morning, not much choice.

Perfect location, close to bus station, nice view from the balcony. Warm room, was able to adjust heating to my preference. Ok breakfast.

Some comfortabily was missing in all areas, reduced interior design. All the time some queue to coffee machine during breakfast...need at least an other machine.

Hotel was in recently renovated and rooms in good condition.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been a nice addition.

The room was a good size and was warm and comfortable - despite the cold weather outside! The view from the balcony over the square below was lovely too. Breakfast included a good selection of different foods. Staff were friendly and helpful. The central location of the hotel was ideal.

I did l not like that there were no included sauna because in photos it were included and there were no information that it will cost extra money.

Well, in my eyes paid money are in balance with the quality you get. Location is really very nice. Breakfast - I would describe so that in very expensive hotel you eat like 30% from the breakfast as the choice is cosmic. In Pärnu hotel you eat 80% from offered meals as choice is limited but nevertheless it is tasty, fresh and more than enough to have good mood after breakfast ))

I have stayed at this hotel many times and the bathroom has been cleaner in the past. On this occasion, the shower area was dirty and a bit moldy.

The location of the hotel is very good. On weekends, you could park in front of the hotel for free. Breakfast was delicious - especially the ciabatta and egg butter.

The feel was a little more Soviet than European, though they are getting there. Some of it is a little old style.

This hotel is really trying, though there was no water when we arrived due to a nearby construction mishap. The bathroom was top of the line. The location couldn't be better. Breakfasts were included and nice enough.

I would like to have more comfy beds. I would suggest to have some more quirks of Pärnu in the hotel – it feels like any other anonymous hotel in the world.

Hotel has excellent location in end of main shopping street and close to the bus station. Good restaurants are nearby and city centre too. Room 411 was spacious and renovated and clean. We had city view – excellent.

No hot water, maybe can find some solution in that kind of situation! Especially tourist walk a lot enjoy them stay in current city and want take shower after it

I had an impression that we would have access to spa. It was however complimentary only in the morning hours (6.30-10.00), and according to the staff consisted just of small jacuzzi and sauna. We didn’t go because it was the same time as breakfast, otherwise too early for a holiday :D Breakfast was ok but superb. Therefore a bit lower score for value for money.

Newly renovated spacious rooms with modern style and comfortable beds. Very clean and well equipped. Friendly staff.
