The spa is a bit worn and looked old. A Japanese bath was very hot and the hammam was a like as a very hot steam room. The bar was closed in the spa:(

Room was clean, breakfast was normal and the staff at the resepcion was very helpful. The restaurant KUU is very cozy and with a good food:)

Parking places were all full so we had to leave our car quite far.

Room was clean, nice view with balcon. Bed was very comfy. Spa was great and quiet, choice of snacks could be better. Breakfast was excellent!

The room vas very far away from the spa and wellness centre. Both of the robes in the room were of the size L, while one could be bigger when the room is meant for a couple. The room was not cleaned after the first night of two. The TV was tiny :D

The room had a balcony, a stocked fridge, an office table/chair, some soft chairs and a hairdryer. The bed, although seemed uncomfortable at first, turned out to be very good. The bathroom stylish and quite functional. The steam sauna was excellent. The large jaccusi, pool and other saunas were good too.

I did not like the lunch. We paid 17 Euros p/p (it wasnt included in our stay so we just went and paid ourselves).. the food was terrible – frozen vegetables in lasagna, potatoes from breakfast and not cooked throughout. choice was very limited and it did not look good.

I liked the price/ performance for this Spa. Hotel is not the most fanciest, but it is in good quality and clean. I liked the big choice of saunas there was.

The room had an embarassingly small TV by today's standards. In addition, the room had some visible wear and tear, but it did not bother us as much due to the price being reasonable. There was no hair dryer in the room. Some of the breakfast items were a bit bland (e.g. scrambled eggs).

The hotel is located near Pärnu's waterfront, which can be seen out of the room's window. The hotel itself has a modern and newly looking interior. Our room also looked new and was totally worth the price. We liked the hotel's spa very much, it had a lot of saunas (aroma, salt, Japanese, Turkish) as well as a lot of showers and a big pool. The Japanese sauna also had some nice lightning therapy for maximum relaxation. The buffett has a lot of variety, so it can accomodate most of people's tastes. We stayed for 1 night so we talked to the staff only once, but they were very friendly and welcoming. You can walk to the centre and get some food in about 10 minutes (I recommend Steffani). Free and spacious parking near the hotel.

Shower was clogged, making it impossible to use, and no hairdryer was available. Pillows were uncomfortable and the bed itself wasn't cozy either. Room quality needs improvement.

The location was fantastic, offering easy access to the city. Hotel also provides free parking. The breakfast was delicious and the bar added a great touch to our evening. The staff was polite and even provided us with umbrellas.

On higher wardrobe shelves were underwear of previous guests. I don`t like the approach when I need to inform at the desk that I need my room to be cleaned. Hanging a sign on the door is a better option

In the building where I was living rooms were big and clean. Also pool zone with various saunas was great. Hotel is all the time developing. I am frequent guest for more than 10 years and always there are some improvements.

the breakfast could finish at least at 11am instead of 10:30.

we are staying in this hotel a few times per year and it never disappoints. Usually the hotel also considers our request about the room location in our "favorite part" of the complex. The spa was perfect as usually with 5 type of saunas and a big swimming pool - all included in the room price. It never happened during our visits that the spa was too crowded.
