As a historical boutique hotel, each of our rooms is unique in size and layout, and the images on our website reflect the specific room type booked. During the high season, prices are indeed higher due to high demand and limited availability. Regarding housekeeping, we usually schedule service after guests leave for sightseeing so as not to disturb them during the day, and we also provide evening service. However, we are always happy to adjust this upon request through our Front Desk. We regret the oversight with your decaf coffee request and apologize for any inconvenience this caused. As our property is a listed historic building, we do not have a lift, but our team is always available to assist with luggage at any time.
